Reader,
If you have genuine intelligence regarding the entity once known as The King of Thieves, and will share said information under influence of a Zone of Truth, then seek Factor Kholl at the Hall of Records.
You will be handsomely rewarded for honest data.

Following an incident in the Bazaar where a Harmonium Namer indirectly assaulted a Mercykiller and caused the death of a commoner, rumors quickly circulate of Mercykiller agitation. Demands have been risen that the Namer in question stand trial, or immediately be handed over for summary judgement and punishment. Meanwhile the Harmonium Factotum reassures their Triad fellows that it was a fluke incident and in no way reflects disrespect of any kind.
Even so, tension between the two Factions has risen.

Deep beneath the Mortuary a small group of robed dustman both living and undead make their way through the winding catacombs. They carry no torches and cast no light all can see pefectly well in the dark. Searching calmly and efficently in eerie silence the calm only broken by a voice in the darkness as one of the Dustmen a small slight dark haired woman asks aloud;
"Remind me again, exactly why are we down here?"

Rumors abound of one of the many Undersigil villages being destroyed at the hands of a band of adventurers. Though no one's named among the rumors, there's a tenuous threat of the villager uprising beneath the city.
Parallel rumors point fingers at the many Fated expeditions throughout Undersigil, though these are baseless and fueled by dislike for the conceited Faction.
The most troubling rumors of all are perhaps those that the tragedy has riled the recently docile SIGIS into new fervor. If Spectre and his people have been stirred, the publication is likely to incite even more chaos once again.
