The moment a greedy hand attempted to snag the pendant from his neck, Kelth's firm, right handed grip reached and instantly snapped the poor fellow's arm.

Upon seeing this, the other hoodlum bolted, hearing how his former "partner" shrieked as he was battered to bits by Kelth's fists...*


"Nae a fokkin' finger on me stuff! "

*After that, Kelth staggered throughout the Hive streets, the filthy rain stinging his numerous cuts and bruises* 

Kelth would feel support as he begins to walk. He would immediately recognize that presence as Eve. She would give him support and walk him along.

"Kelth! What happened? Never mind, save your strength?"

She digs in and takes Kelth to the Orphanage. She takes him up to a bed and sends for a healer. The healer bandages him up and Eve watches him with concern in your eyes. She squeezes his hand and waits for the healer to leave. Once the healer does Eve lays her head lightly on his chest.

"What happened to you?" she finally asks.

*Eve kisses Kelth's nose*

I can't stay mad at you now, just look at you, you're a mess. Next time tell me, please. I can handle you being gone, I can't handle not knowing. There however is a lot you need to know. I'll tell you all about it tomorrow though for now scoot over.

*Eve would sleep next to Kelth through out the night as he recovers. The next morning she would catch him up on all the troubles afflicting Sigil from Nienna's attack, to the excessive taxes passed, and all the ramifications in between.*

I've been doing quiet well. My vineyard is prospering, even Khazeet bought a few barrels a while back. I have been running Wren's orphanage and keeping the children up with their studies. I've also invited as many children from the Hive Ward as the building can hold. Some refused to come, but we have enough wishing to come that I'm considering expanding. Of course if Nienna's school works out then that will hopefully lessen the load a bit.

I have people taking care of the vineyard for me. I return to Waterdeep once a week to check on things. As for hands at the orphanage, we can always use more volunteers.

About a week later Eve storms into the room her and Kelth have been sharing and begins throwing all his belongings into his bags. After she has all his things packed she throws it at Kelth. Her face has anger on it but it looks hurt as well.

"Get up! You're leaving! We are done and I never want to see you again!"

*Tears fall from Eve's eyes*

Not aware? Just what have we been doing these last few months Kelth! I told you how I felt, made it clear in fact, I likewise told you I ... don't ... share. If you'd still have seeds to plant and holes to plug then I'll not stand by and watch you do it!
