A simple bounty is issued and placed through out the city, offering jink for any and all information regarding disappearances through out the city. The bounty states the following information is known.
-The people come from all walks of life and wealth levels.
-The missing people are not isolated to one ward or another, reports hold that people from all wards are vanishing.
-No foul play/murder/abduction is suspected.
