Having read the article in SIGIS Milley makes his way to the Hive Ward and into the Bottle and Jug to inspect the scene to verify truth of it, after all SIGIS had notorious reputation of enhancing the truth. Presuming an explosive device was used there likely was to be found signs of the nature whether magical or a creation of a well mixed compound. If there was a blast area, he'd study how much of it was obstructed telling whether the number of proposed victims could potentially be right or if the floor/furnitures were all destroyed in which case either the bomb was very potent or there wasn't as many victims.

Though a member of Harmonium, he'd be wise enough to keep his badge out of sight and wear attire in the colour of olive. On other hand if there already were Harmonium in the scene, then he'd obviously show his badge to gain access, however keep it low key as not to gain the attention of locals. After this he'd go to Ghuurakk and ask "Fair <peak/anti-peak> sir, say... I heard of a commotion in these parts and one called Nero and a sentient golem. Could you perhaps describe exactly what happened here last night? And a glass of your finest please." Flashing a polite smile and offering necessary quantity of coins and then some extra, the last portion was a sophisticated way to give jink, or a tip, for information while maintaining a casual atmosphere.

Few places in the multiverse feature a greater degree of disrespect and disregard for the Harmonium than the Bottle and Jug in the Hive. Another Faction, however, holds great influence here.

Upon meeting the bartender, ordering a drink and the customary small-talk, Milley would be informed of the following by the unusually eloquent half-orc bartender Ghuuraakk:
Well you see cutter, Nero and the Protector Mark XIV barged into the private, semi-walled-off section of my bar which I occasionally rent out to bloods. The both of them demanded to speak to a genasi named Xessiryx who I believe is a dark-monger. They seemed real angry and hot blooded. When she told them to wait, a perfectly reasonable response from my angle. Then one of the sods inside the private room came to me and complained that they weren't leaving, and that pompus piker Nero started acting like he was calling some shots around here. First he said that he wouldn't allow the genasi to leave, then he started talking about being an "investigator." Well that's all it took to catch the attention of some of my clientele who don't appreciate people throwing their weight around in that way, you know?

Anyway, a crowd of patrons as well as my Fensirs started to gather, and it got real loud real quick. The golem started rattling its brain box and accusing the genasi of theft or something. So anyway, the people in the private room tried to get to a corner near the bathrooms, and right as that happened, it threw a bomb filled with shrapnel right at the genasi, killing her instantly and leaving bits of brain and metal splattered throughout the bar.

*He pauses briefly and inhales, shaking with anger. After some time, he responds in a controlled manner:*

After that, all of Baator broke loose - everyone started jumping the golem and Nero. From my viewpoint, I couldn't see much, except the golem literally cutting my patrons in half to carve out a bloody escape. I didn't see Nero, but I they tell me he used a portal to escape before everyone could jump him.

It took hours to calm the situation down, people were screaming, blood was everywehre, literally oozing out the entrance of my bar. We had healers tend to the wounded here, and bands of patrons as well as families and friends went out to search the areas nearby for any sign of the troublemakers.

*He sighs heavily then continues.*

Now today I'm seeing more Xaositects and Sinkers around here then usual, they're just waiting for something like this to happen again... It's a pain in the hindquarters, and probably not good for business.

Indeed, there were still bits of shrapnel all around the bar - some in the ceiling and walls, others embedded on the decorative screens, and some even all the way on the side of the bar.

Milley allowed the half-orc to do most of the talking, showing his intrigue with short though clearly curiousity driven return questions, nodding and maintaining eye contact with his yellow orbs. On his other hand what appeared to be a cane-staff of mixture of bronze and gold in a shape of a dragon, it was held quite casually, but hand always keeping a hold of it. After Ghuurakk finishes his tale, Milley wastes no time to finish his drink and mention him "Sounds like a mighty mess alright. Cheers for the drink, but I need to get a move on. On bright side I doubt they'll dare to show their faces in a while. Lady's grace cutter."

Picks a couple pieces of the shrapnels from the walls, though he didn't quite yet know a use for them, they might come handy. Then looked around for signs of portals before finally making his way out and report into the Barracks of his findings.
