The Abberant Vocalist

A most curious beholder made its' presence known in the Bazaar thismorning. Quite small in size, M'al'avrith was adorned with a little red bow tie upon what passed for his chin. Numerous wands were tied to his eyestalks by colourful lengths of ribbon.
He was seen floating about the market, placing signs and posters with telekinesis in places of popular thoroughfare.
The signs seemed to advertise the coming of an entity known as 'Raz'goroth: The Sonorous Terror, The Beast of the Black Tongue, The Abberant Vocalist, The Maw of the Final Dirge and Lord of the Foulest Chorus.'
M'al'avrith itself seemed pleasant when interacted with, even if he insisted upon calling those he conversed with 'Bipedal thralls', and was last seen seeking accomidations at the Old Spirit to await the coming of his master.
The Cage had seen a great many strange things, but was its populace ready for a Beholder Bard?
