A Delicate Matter...

In the barracks Hograth Thorn is waiting in front of one of the high security cells- those really well warded ones, dimensional locked, with antimagical field and adamantine lining in walls and doors and.. well. Everywhere.

Despite his outwardly cool posture he is nervous, knowing the fate of a whole prime might be decided in the next few hours.

Smiling a small smile he waits for Caterina to arrive. He will need her skills in what will come next.

[*Midnight]

Caterina arrives at the barracks and after showing her papers to the desk sergeant and two armed guards show her down to the cells. She remains characteristically stoic in the face of the high security cells and the cat calls insults threats and lewd suggestions shouted by some of the more dangerous inmates. She has amongst her notes an expired visa to allow someone to travel to Sigil. As she approaches Hogarth she is nothing short of cool calm and professional if a little distant.

"I have everything I need measure and I am ready to proceed."

She gestures to the door.

"If you would please."

The halforc gestures to the nearby guard to open the door. He wears his uniform today to emphasize his position and rank as this is no longer only about helping this Prime.

The devils sent an agent to Sigil- and it is his job as a Measure of the Harmonium to ensure that there will be no disturbance of Sigil's peace.

Looking around in the cell he gives the devil a polite smile.

"Greetings, Ma'am. Lets do this quick and by the book. We both have more pressing duties to attend to but the rules and laws must be followed.

This is A3 Arnders from the Fraternity of Order. She is familiar with your case."

He waits patiently for the devil to answer, he has time.

"What is it you want huh?" The devils folds her arms and cross her legs, tapping her foot. Her impatience is clearly showing.

"Just renew my visitors pass, then we all can go one with our lives."

[*Selebius]

He gives a small, not unfriendly smile.

"Of course Ma'am. But to renew the papers we will need informations. You know.... we do it by the book... this is why the Administrtor is here to help us."

Looking over to Cat he cocks his head.

"What was it that we need exactly, Administrator Arnders?"

[*Midnight]

Caterina sits down and takes a moment to rearrange her papers. If the small thin slip of a woman is in anyway intimidated by the looming daunting devil she gives no sign, after all this is her battlefield.

"We would love to renew your permit to travel however you are coming from a plane that has proved hostile to agents of Sigil in the past. Namely the conflict we were involved in before you were detained. Obviously this raises certain security questions we must ask.

We will require your name, the layer of Baator you are from and the name of your superior as well as the nature of your business here and the nature of the conflicted you were involved in before we can review your case."

"Don't I get to have a lawyer during this?" She asks.

[*Midnight]

"No, you are not being charged with any offense. You will not be convicted but you may be refused entry to Sigil."

[*LiquidDreamer]

"My name is Shera. I'm from Dis, okay. And my superior will remain unnamed, unless your willing to tell me all the people you slept with in your life. My business is recreational. I'm trying to take a vacation but it's hard to get one started when your being harassed you know."

She continues tapping her foot and decides to admire her blood red nails.
