During the night in his sleep, Sir Loke passes away. His servants don't check on him until the morning but by that time, it was too late for a resurrection or a chance to save his life. His bloodlines ends with him.
The refugees that managed to flee to Sigil or was taken in by the druid circles start to relocate back to their decimated cities. It takes decades for those areas to recover but slowly and surely they rebuild what was lost. A new decree is past in which the arts of magic are regulated to make sure that something like this never occurs.
The druid circles remain elusive and secluded. It is the actions of the nobles that created this nightmare and it seems that some will always bare a grudge. The druids will always remember and will forever stay vigilant.
True to their world, the Harmonium keeps the peace as the populace rebuilds. They prevent several clashes and a rather large civil war as the power is transferred by from the displaced and shamed nobles to a future generation.
The Red Dragon goes back to his volcano and enters a deep slumber. It is unknown if old age finally claimed his spirit or if he waits until another threat emerges.
