//I haven't looked yet, going to pitch my idea to the group and see what we decide before I do.

From benath a comically misproportioned pack Hera listens to everything and then eventually speaks.

"I agree we should not rush back to sigil. I think we should research and weigh up our options.. We have however been in the desert for what appeaes to have been longer than we think. We would probably do everything much more effectivly afrer we"ve eaten rested and bathed."

The plight of the rest of Asokar's followers seems not to have any affect on her. This may be down to shock or fatigue as anything else.

*Chakra keeps her voice low.*

A trip to the library sounds like an excellent idea. Something here does not seem right. Who ever wishes to go to the library should go with Fahleen. I'm going to speak with the guard more and see if there is anything I can discover. Everyone else should head to the Inn and get some rest and clean up. We will all meet at the Inn before heading to Sigil and exchange information.

" I will head to the library immediately. I need to find out what happened quickly especially as our lives might be threatened."

He greets his companions with a quick nod then heads down the streets towards the library- dirty and hungry as he is, but his curiosity- and yes, a certain feeling of dread- driving him on.
Casting a longing look at the inn as he passes by he fels his stomach grumble at the smells the wind carries over but he ignores it, quickening his paces instead.

Arriving at the library he would greet the Modron, then explain:

"We need information about the god Aoskar, his fate and the fateof his temples and followers. I also need today's precise date, please."

*Chakra waits for everyone to leave and speaks with the guard. When he tells her about Aoskar she freezes. She slowly lowers herself to the ground with a confused and horrified. Tears begin to fall from her eyes as she to knows that celestials do not lie.*

But I was just in the temple a week ago. How is that possible?

The celestial tilted its head with a quirked brow at Chakra "Week ago? I think you may have been fooled mortal, Aoskar has been dead for a very long time. Longer than you may have possibly lived."

To Falheen in the library the modron would switch another monocle over its eye that seemed to enlarge its eye a lot as it studied him "Analysis: Elven, male. Rugged look a beggar or traveler." its two limbs reached seemingly autonomous of the body to take out a book, run finger through the pages in rapid speed only to halt and yank it open from a seeming specific spot. The monocles switched twice as it glanced down on the book. Query: Distant history? Database subject A 1031 contains information of factual historical events. Dead powers and and major events. its eyes scanned through the pages in a phenomenal pace, flipping pages quite frequently

Conclusion: Aoskar the god of portals, destroyed by her Serenity in a whim recorded by scholars and speculated reason was a turn of a dabus to the false fate. Temple shattered and era of no portals started within the city of doors. Its remnants now populated by new philosophical organization called the Athar. Followers of Aoskar publicly flayed or mazed for he rest of their lives. Only small groups are known to exist hiding in the hinterlands and near the spire waiting for the return of Aoskar. then it halted abruptly as two of its other hands reached to shelf on its other side again ran fingers through it without peeking and yanked it open

Concept of Time: Date is subjective to the location you are standing in, current time is: 1370 Dale Reckoning, the prime of Abeir Toril. 129 Hashkars Reign, the Sigil. 590 Common Year of the prime Oerth. 384 Alt Caltclius of prime Krynn... *it contains listing years of several planes, then reaching to continue listing a seeming never ending list of exact dates of each place with seeming exceptionally different month and day names, sometimes with addition of celebration attached to the calendar of theirs. Likely most of which they've never even heard of. However no mentioning of Aoskars Rise as a date.*

It's relatively simple task for him to achieve, the people don't even seem to object much, the traders do! But they're likely a scam set up there so little is heeded of their words... as he reaches the city of Sigil, a vastly different sight than he may be familiar of opens up... well vastly different is used quite loosely as it looks quite the similar. However the ward structure had shifted entirely to different.

Only the Ladys Ward was still even named the same, everything else was different, none of the streets seemed similar, the previously known Aoskars Ward now had thick smelly fumes and industrial feel to it. In the place of the Aoskars temple now lied the Shattered Temple, headquarters of the Athar.

((Feel free to make the character, I'll be handing some starting stuff due to the relation to the storyline for you and the others))

I am in agreement, I will keep my faith. Even if I must hide in from the public I will have faith and practice his religion. I will not call him by a different name or join a cult that merely has taken over his temple. I will continue to preach his faith and to be a champion in his name. If I am discovered I will take what comes.

"Please don't be too reckless. Perhaps we are all this left. With you gone.... who shall take your place? Who shall stand by our ideals and ideas? Survival is important now."

He finishes his meal, wipes his mouth with a kerchief that he drops beside his empty plate, then drinks the last of his wine.

"I suggest we explore and gather whatever information we can before deciding how to proceed. We need to get into Sigil."

She takes the ring with an almost absurd gratitude given that it is of very little use to her.

"We must be careful our cause has too many martyrs already. I still think we should go to the temple. If there are answers they'll probably be there. Also its probably where the others will go so if we are going to find them then thars our best bet."

She has remained typically quiet and measured up until this point but suddenly blurts out;

"And I won't be able to believe its gone until I see it!"
