He nods to the leaving guvner politely but absentmindedly, taking some notes himself now.

Shamus acknowledges the Mover yet continues planning with Julius.

“You make a good point, Sir… rooftops might be an issue but I think we can make that trouble for them as well. If they aren’t ready for the assault, any movement to the rooftops would be hasty at best. What if we…” he smiles slightly “coated them with grease? I can purchase a simple wand to use, inexpensive, and cast it on all rooftops in direct view of the raid. If they aren’t prepared and moving fast… it might rain Rats. Broken legs means it’s a lot easier to capture them.

And yes… we can arrange a unit of hounds to cover the streets.”

"Perfect, how fast can we arrange a first strike to showcase this unit's abilities?" The Mover address the group .

He nods in agreement, a faint smile playing around his lips, scribbling down another few notes.

"Very good. I will try to get a few scrolls myself in case an opportunity to use them presents itself."

Looking up from table and book he thinks for a moment.

"See Invisible or Blindsight cast on at least one member of each group would be useful. Can you do this, Sir?"

Then he is surprised by the Mover- again. "My squad stands ready at the prison, Sir. We can move out immediately."

Charae nodded at the Mover. "I am a Justicar. If we are planning a sting against the anarchists, I have a number of resources I would gladly contribute."

"Not your squad son. I mean how fast can we move out once we choose a target. A couple of hours or more?"

Shamus nods to Julius

"Blindsight on my squad, and even the main hound, should not be a problem. I am able to cast most spells up to and including, the ninth tier. They should last long enough to get the job done.

He looks to the Mover

"I can move as soon as I speak with our Mercykiller friends here, come up with a suitable plan and then pull some men together. I'd rather not act in haste... we'll not get many attempts at this before they adapt. We need to ensure we net as many as possible the first couple strikes"

Again he does not hide his irritation at the Mover but always the diplomat he just nods slowly- then returns his attention to Shamus again.

"Good. This spells will help a lot. Tell me when and where you need my troopers."

"Keep your men on alert, and women..." a nod of respect to Charae. "I'll contact you in the next 24 hours. Ensure thos you choose can lead if required... but also follow orders. This needs to be flawless"

Mover Cass nods to Julius and Shamus as they make out plans "How many men do you each need? As in fifteen to twenty men from the Harmonium in addition to your numbers that you each have within the mercykillers and any of you excel at gathering information?"
