Yes!

Emila hisses in triumph what to a sane observer is a broken kind and a ruined mind is to her a revelation and a soul saved, even if she had to callously destroy the very essence of her charge to do it.

"For you there is no more pain or worry, you are so close."

Several days later as word was put about that mercenaries were being sought in the Lady's ward and the temple of the abyss, to investigate goings on in the hive, Emila dressed and made her way to the lower ward. It was time to take action and she would trust this to no one else.

After a trip to the Golden Bariur and the Temple of the Abyss Emila returned to her cell in the Mortuary. She had a bag under one arm, her mood seemed quite upbeat, she had, had a productive few days and soon her labour would bare fruit.

Two heads, one of a male human (or so) and the other one of a Succubus (or so) have been found impaled and defiled on the Ragpicker's Square.

The locals keep a respectful distance and talk about this only in whispers but chant is that several members of the putrid hand got quite nervous.

Also it seems both the Anarchists and some Hardheads are curious...

Emila admires her handiwork. Instead of The Mortuary she heads over to the temple of the abyss. Into her belt she coils a dark barbed leather whip which bares the symbol of Malcanthet on the hilt. She hurries, she must be quick if she is to pick up where Neefe left off.

At the temple she is greeted by Xifan- the babau.

The demon seems excited, bows deeply as he recognizes the vampire.

"Everything is going as planned, your High Vileness. The mercenaries have been informed about the deatails of their assignment."

Emila flashes a fanged grin as she listens to the Babu.

"Good."

She runs the leather lash through her fingertips an unspoken threat or perhaps a promise in the demon's direction.

"Judging from what I was told of them they are the right people for what I have in mind. They seemed happy with the work?"

"Happy? Happy? What a vile word!"

The demon seems baffled. " I have no idea, your Cruelty. What do you mean... happy?"

He pauses a bit then continues, chatting in his usual lighthearted tone.

"Not sure if they are happy about the job but they will be happy about the reward and I am sure they will be useful which should result in you being happy as well."

Robes being fairly unisex she picks the one that fits best and takes the matching holy symbol. She returns home and washes the robes should they need it. Then donning them she conceals three bottles of liquid pain in them as well as a dagger enchanted to drip poison. She takes the latest copy of SIGIS and she turns it to the page that tells of the hero Durwin rescuing his wife from the grip of addiction. She stops at the first inn on her path and showing them the copy of SIGIS she plays the part she is dressed for.

"Please I am looking for this man Durwin. I heard his wife was so dreadfully in need of a healer and I wanted to help."

A man from a table bin the back of the room waves at her, gestures to a chair if she wants to sit. He is old- ancient for a hiver, his left hand missing two fingers, one of his pupils milky and white.

"Durwin you said?" He squints his eyes, examing her with his good one. "You are a follower of the Sun. He will need you. His wife is really messed up. No idea what's wrong with her. But I gave him some of my teas.. to help her sleep.

You find him down the road... the pottery shop. They have a room above it."
