Chari pens a couple of notices, both she personally drops off at the front office desk of the Fraternity. While there, she stresses that this documents are to be processed immediately and drops off a copy of both at Hasclaan's office.

The documents request for a warrant for the arrest of Noshano *she includes her personal accounts of her and Charae's run in with Magello* and another warrant for the release of information kept by the Bleakers in regards to Magello stay there.

She then writes another notice to her superiors, stressing the similarity of wounds created by Magello when he attacked the guards guarding Nethary and the Mover that was murdered in the Lady's Ward that involved the explosion. She also includes the secret passageway to the Temple of the Abyss as well.

Having read your report about the recent incident at the Barracks and the death of a suspect I believe that the current situation should be discussed.  You are here by required to present yourself at The Barracks two hours after peak tomorrow.  I have relieved you of all duties in the mean time.

Charae was surprised that Swan's Son had learned of the incident so quickly. Too quickly. She had hoped that news would have traveled slower considering the delicate nature of the situation. Regardless, she gathered her things and went to meet with the factor at the appointed time.

//So I was going to do this in game but the only time we can really all get together are weekends and I don't have one of those free for a while.

Chari would arrive at the designated part of The Barracks first. A large meeting room on the buildings second floor. Caine is there to greet her. The slender half elf is calm and always softly spoken.

"Please take a seat Measure. The others will arrive shortly."

First Arwyl arrives with Charae and then a few minutes later Jamis accompanied by Hasclaan.. There are no introductions everyone seems to know each other. It is Jamis who speaks first.

"We should begin."

Caine answers her.

"Shall I?"

"If you would please."

To say the three Factors are jovial or even friendly would be a bit of a stretch. There is however an easy familiarity between them. They know each other well. Caine continues to speak.

"You probably all have an idea why you have been summoned here. The three of you are involved in the investigation of Mover Three Harris. Having familarized myself with the reports it has become clear that The Temple of The Abyss is involved. They have been a thorn in The Triad's side for a long time. They are careful to make sure they can never be caught directly violating the law. So we have bided our time. We have kept on giving them the rope and now they will hang themselves with it."

The other two Factor's nod in agreement Jamis slides an envelope over the table. She explains it.

"Arrest warrants, for Noshrano and the prominent members of the temple."

Arwyl concludes

"We would prefer them alive to stand trial, but we do not expect them to come quietly. How you orchestrate this is up to the three of you. Speak to us should you need resources. Questions?"

"Only one, Lady... Sirs. And a few suggestions." Hasclaan gets up, clears his throat before going on.

"What have we planned for the aftermath?

It is a well known law of society that taking out the heads of a chaotic organization always leads to strife, leads to lesser leaders infighting as they try to claim the now vacant positions of power.

Perhaps we can use this chaos and time of changes to place agents among this organisation, or perhaps insert people of our own factions and perhaps other lawful factioneers into their ranks?

Nosh is a bleaker.. or indep.... and there are sensates and even godsmen among their ranks. Perhaps we can find some mercykillers or guvners who are interested into a position there?

If course it is risky, of course thise agents might turn rogue or work as double agents but nevertheless it is us acting this time and they will have to react.

Also as a member of the Fraternity watching this turmoil and exploring the laws and rules this changes will follow should be very interesting indeed.

After all everything follows laws- we just have to find them. Even the most chaotic process often seems chaotic only because the laws are complicated or there are more laws and rules interacting with each other and so we cannot grasp the whole picture good enough to exploit loopholes and predict outcomes.

Lady.. Sirs.. thank you for hearing me."

He sits down again, puts his hands on the table, waiting for the others to speak.

"Aide Guunt is correct in his assessment. Arresting Noshrano will not be easy, but if we are successful in convicting and sentencing him, it will create a power vacuum within the temple. It will be a chaotic and violent period but it creates opportunity. As for what Hasclaan was saying about the laws among the Temple, that can get quite complicated. Many of the laws within the Temple are only followed by appearances. Noshrano no doubt keeps many of the temple's denizens in check through fear and intimidation. Demons are happy to break laws if it promotes them, but when their existence is on the line, they will fall to form and dance if the law requires them to until such a time comes that they no longer have to."

The dark elf smiled at the guvner, and then turned back to her superiors. "Though that means we would need someone who can act within the Temple, which is chaotic in nature. It would have to be someone that can endure and tolerate the many rituals that go on within that place and is able to play their little game. The agent must not be faint of heart. The denizens of the Temple will see right through these agents if they are. As for Noshrano, we will want to draw him out of the Temple and take him out of his element. If we try to take him directly, there would likely be far too many casualties if he intends to fight back."

Hasclaan nods and leans back to listen.

His rank is just above namer and he is no military man- so he leaves planning this operation to those who have experience in this matter but stands ready to provide his advice.

"Well then Measure.... Justicar... shall we go somewhere to plan? I can only offer my office but it is tidy and calm."

The dark elf Justicar nodded. "Your office will suffice. We can plan our first move there."

With that, Charae would rise and nod her head respectfully before following Hasclaan to his office within the courts.
