Hiveborn, Hivebread, gutter runts mind and a bloods bed.
Spirit of the poor, best sold to a rich mans stead.
Sound of knocking on the door, its prolly a Hardhead.
T'timbers hold but t'soft souls said...
Time t'go t'dead book read.
Crack 'o dawn comes and t'cross knights trade...
Sods walk down in Xaos Parade.
Messed barmies, bubbers and the usual cavalcade...
Sods paint in colours what grey they shade...
So wonders t'wanderer, she speaks to t'sad.
Give 'im a jink, stop 'em goin mad.
Its a pretty messy day, when the days feel bad.
Wonder what the townsfolk, trend in this fad...
S'all t'barmies, t'hivers t'born.
Free shivs, slung spells and more.
Cant controll em, cant hope t'pour...
A drop of reason in t'hivers born.
Memories of a long life passed Amaku. She mused remembering the long poem as she recited the childhood. The song strung was a reflection of Hiver life, free, chaotic, messy and poor. She had lived and been born here. She had watched people grow here, she had watched them die here.
The E-NOW concept was a briliant one to her. She wanted something like this to work, a scenerio where the Xaosmen and Anarchists and keepers of chaos and madness couldnt influence the young and the helpless.
But she also knew it was a task nigh impossible without the full approval of an enforced change. People wouldnt accept it, they were too used to it now. They had tasted true freedom, what it was like to have no one tell you what to do, good or bad.
Those sods liked it, they loved the idea of having their own right to do what they wanted, without anyone questioning them. It was what left jinkskirts victimised, it was what left the barmies doing so much damage to the few good souls.
Nothing enraged her more than thinking about how selfish some of these people truley were and how little they appriciated the idea behind Neli's goal.
She had watched the brave Notary and her companions go where even she hesitated to, she looked at her with pride.
"Y'go make a difference lass, ill watch over ye." She promised, mustering her entire troop of Harmonium. She waited for the moment things got messy, unlike Kour, Amaku was quite happy to send what ever it took to make sure the Hivers didnt bring harm to the innocent. Even if it meant chivving a few rioters to make a point.
She hoped it wouldnt come to that. But she was ready to retaliate more likley when than if it did.

Corwyn assesses the situation by reading the ever growing number of reports before deciding a course of action. He takes a sip from cup of tea, looks through the resources he has to spend. Finally he drafts his plan to Neli:
The situation is escalating towards worse, I would recommend lessened presence of both guard and the workers, concentrate only on vital portions in near proximity of each others. This will allow the project to keep moving in safer manner. To show the residents of Hive we are up to in smaller scale, then work from there. But at least until the meeting, from security perspective it would be unwise to needlessly endanger the workers lives or to provoke the residents by bringing further guards to be able to upkeep the security.
I would also advice open seminars to which residents of Hive can participate so that larger number of especially illiterate residents will be able to understand what and how we operate. The reports also seem to indicate that Anarchists have turned on us? If so, we should reconsider our security measures entirely.
To avoid further enrage growing, bodies of these disasters should be allowed proper funeral with their own beliefs terms, but the choice to be left ultimately to their family and friends. We are not enemies of these people and they deserve at least a bit of dignity for being able to sacrifice themselves for their beliefs. Whatever crimes they conducted, for them they have now paid.
But same time we should prove that we are not in favor of throwing away ones life nor of an open conflict. We need to give in a little to not force their hands, but also make them understand that we are not giving up, but listening the people and adjusting our operations for them.

After this, Corwyn would set out to patrol and warn the guards of the project:
Salutations <names of the guards he knows as he meets them>, things are starting to turn towards worse, but remain calm. The new orders are to remain strictly to non-lethal means of apprehending subjects, any brutality that occurs between the residents infront is likewise considered for same purposes. All that are apprehended should be given to Harmonium, though only the ones that have clearly lethal or physically destructive intents. We don't need any more victims or martyrs in this. If you see any unattended containers left nearby, consider them safety hazard and act appropriately, they may be containing explosives.
Understand that his may be dangerous and if you so desire, I can transfer you to other duties, this isn't what you may have signed for. However it is important work, even if they do not wish to see reason, this fight is symbolical to prove why this is necessary. New plans are in movement and the situation may very fast change.
Do not fear the shadows, it only means light is shining nearby.
He'd then give them a pat on the shoulder and move on, well unless concerns are expressed which he'd politely respond to. Otherwise he patrols around the project sites wearing the Guard Captain badge proudly, but still holding no armor, instead he has a suit which isn't overtly expensive seeming attire, though well fitting.
The guards would be circled to other duties elsewhere in regular periods to ensure that none of them are placed in frequent unnecessary stressful situation, unless they explicitly requests to remain there. And though Corwyns dedication seems unremitting, the more this lasts the more clear it comes that he is slowly getting worn out, not per say by the project or the trouble, but by his own devotion to see it through with little to no rest.

From time to time a figure, well concealed in the shadows, would watch the area from a nearby rooftop. He would interfere with neither side but would just observe. He would become increasingly interested if troop/guard numbers begin to increase or fortifications begin to get built. Should either of these things occur he would begin a new phase of planning.

Corwyn's advice is quickly heeded. Troopsdetails are lessened and workers are concentrated to necessary projects at the time. Nick's division has been removed from the ward entirely, but are on standby should there be need - Nick is still ordered to work with Corwyn in future efforts, however, and assist him in any way he needs.
Open forums are quickly erected, where Hivers can come and discuss the project with E-NOW representatives.
Funerals are held, with ceremonies for each individual as defined by their respective faith.

The Mortuary is a bustle of activity in light of the recent events, or at least to the extent that a place inhabited mostly by the undead and those of the living who are well on their way to emulating them can be said to bustle. The Bodies of the victims of the attack have been laid out on slabs amidst the devastation a pale slim woman stands in tight overalls stands with her sleeves rolled up she seems to be in the middle of embalming the bodies and making them ready and presentable for funeral behind her stands a zombie holding a tray of morticians equipment the woman looks back at the zombie and sighs.
“They never think of the mess do they when they embark on these great works do they?”
Annia sighs again and glances back at the zombie whom in her own mind at least she has named Frank.
“I doubt this will be the last of it as well we’ll be busy tonight.”
She looks down at the corpses now looking peaceful serene and calm so much better than the horrific state they had been brought to the mortuary in, the memory made her stomach turn with an effort of will she quelled the feeling of revulsion such a reaction was linked to fear one of the emotions the novice dustman was trying so hard to rid herself of, behind her Frank made a groaning sound which could pass for approval.
“ Alright almost done we will be able to return them to the E-Now people for burial.”
She takes one final glance down at her handiwork and the four corpses and a moments panic flickers over her features.
“There was five when I started”
From over her shoulder there is another groaning sound as she looks back she sees a second zombie lurch from the shadows a large orc shaped one it stands in an almost companionable way next to Frank a thin smile crosses her face
“Well we’ll return these ones it seems the last one has decided to stay with us.”

Vorgazar and his hiver orcs enter the mortuary to collect the dead orcs who are supposedly Iron Tusk for a proper Gruumshain burial on Nishrek.
Vorgazar finally looks at the zombie or with a quirked brow.
"Youz keep dat fing in dis place, I see it outside I gonna cut it's fookin head off and take it home like da rest."

As the hulking orc chief strides into the Mortuary the undead shuffle and lurch around them making way for them even as they moan and groan at the interuptio of their undieing routines, the four bodies are handed over to the orcs. When the orc leader makes his proclimation Annia smiles feintly at him as if he had just made some subtle witty remark
"Your friend is clearly not ready for true death yet, his decsion to remain is an enlightened one. I must ask you not to shout though it upsets some of our residents."
The orcs woul notice that the usual background noise of the mortuary the constant steady shuffling and groaning of the undead has stopped completly and as one the undead have turned to gaze them with the cold unblinking stare that only corpses can muster, their manner is not threatening but it is clear the group of orcs have their attention. Annia remains calm and polite
"Would you like some help getting those to the door?"

As the War chief would leave the Mortuary the air would seem to coalesce for a moment as Sigil's favorite Changeling, Rith, would uncamouflage himself. He would look upon the death of the orcs with a look of contempt.
"I once told you, Warchief, that anytime you required my aid I would give it. These murders shall not stand. I won't allow such racial bigotry to exist while I'm able to stop it. Just say the word, Warchief, and I'll go on the hunt. I've had too many good times partying with your Warband to ever allow them, or any other Orc, to come to harm. I won't sit idly by and watch anybody be treated like a second class citizen. Mainly because, well, I know what that's like. In Eberron Changelings are among the first to be blamed for just about everything, we are treated as second-class citizens and always suspect. I know what it's like, and I won't let it happen."
The Changeling would grin, waiting for a response.
