Perhaps surpriseingly or perhaps not, Hidmors band counts among its numbers, sigils premeire necromantic red wizard even the man known as DR Ebon has been seen conversing with Hildmor.

What gods would be twisted enough to allow such a union?

*A tall armored figure walks into the Cartel part of Undersigil observeing the surrounding buildings, makeing note of any guards and such, A bit past the gate he slides his helmet off and hangs it from his belt, then lights a lho stick and takes a drag still looking around*

So..This is Hild's little piece of Sigil...certainly cleaner then the rest of this dungheap down here. Better see if i can find the old tosser...

A rather unorthodox sight is seen in the Undersigil Cartel part of town, as a Harmonium Officer is seen, striding alone through from the Serpent's Gaze establishment towards the surface, having earlier been seen in the company of Hildmor d'Kridis. She is not wearing armor, but in uniform and very clearly armed, her hand on her hilt at all times - her stride firm and her gaze proud.

Not really paying heed to the layout, guards nor others who may be there, it is rather obvious that her point for being there is mere passage through the area.

*An announcement is passed within the next few days to all the hidden and known agents of the Cartel, outside or inside Sigil, to watch out for unusual scrolls and procur them if possible but never activate. They should be delivered to Hildmor's office on the District. Also, new communication stones have been passed over.*

Recently, chant has begun to spread through the village that some gold hound Merkhant was looking to acquire ground near the Cartel's territory, going as far as to request an audience with those in charge of the settlement... although even barmies knew, that when a Miser wants something, there's always something hidden behind their intention, something sinister and far more dangerous...

Hildmor closes the door of Raven's office and sits down slowly, leaning his head onto the back of the the chair and sighs.

"We don't know...Which of the Misers it is. And how many of them are actually there. We don't know their real goals either...And...That is enough for me to start preparing. Gather all your men..."

The wizard takes off his enchanted shades and rubs his face, the headache pretty obvious...

"Also...Your idea about more mercenaries. Planeswalkers. Give it a try. I am almost sure we'll need more than fifty spears...Just take the ones you see as reliable, yes? I'll tell you the rest after we find out exactly whom we're going to face." - Hildmor puts the shades back on and stands, then heading for the door.

Later that day various Cartel Agents recieve messages through their respective safe challens or communication means. It is all about a job, which will require stealth and teamwork. Hildmor wants to gather them on his territory in Undersigil for details...

((Just to clarify: This event will probably not happen this weekend (I didn't say it would to begin with), nor are stealthers needed yet, since if you don't knoe anything ICly, Reptiller, you can't spy on it just cause you have henchmen :P))

In a couple of days after meeting the apparently Lich Merkhant and briefly confronting one of his servants Hildmor calls for his stealthiest against once again...((Available times, days. To meh and Tomekk)

A heavily cloaked figure may be seen approaching Hildmore's office. he wears a blank face mask and skits from shadow to shadow, he stops outside the door to the office and slips something underneath. It is a message dagger, giving Hildmor new instructions on how to contact Dio if he is needed. (( Just a reminder, I am around just havn't had anything interesting involving Dio ))
