Drakos (in Dragon form of course) and Sandy approach Augustus and say "Orders Captain?"

Augustus hailed the dragons and peered over the far horizon where the large plateu was beyond the mountain, large gatherings of unorganised Unseelie by now were about to be informed that their camps were being raided, soon enough, they would undoubtedly turn their attention on Daevos, in a way, this was good fortune, it means they'd be too distracted to realise the assault on the Caverns was going on by the Half-Drows men.
He nodded to Drakos and Sandy and gestured to the Plateu. "I want you two to stirr up some trouble there, buy us time to possition our counter-attack then slowly retreat towards the river, the raiders will help you deal with ranged retaliation easily enough. If theres any fortune in this, we can have their leaders slaughtered without them even having a chance to gather into a formidable force. If things dont go entirley as planned, do a loop around the mountain and make sure they dont try to flank us in any way or form, slaughter any that do not surrender, even the ones fleeing must be put down. Only those that willingly give up will be spaired the blade, as I do not wish our enemy to recover their forces into another formidable horde."
With a sligtly cold tone he added. "This is a war now, and in war we do not show our enemies a shread of mercy save those that realise the futility. If they flee they will simply return to camps and gather again, if they give up, they will be in our mercy, only then, will we show them it."

Both nod their assent and take to the air with mighty beats of their wings. It would take them but a matter of minutes to reach their destiantion, from which they could rain down destruction.

Wherever they're sent, the crowmasked mercenaries use the same tactic: the attack fiendish dogs and wolfs are set off-leash first...The mercenaries with firearms pull their triggers first, then the archers step forth to fire their flaming arrows inceeasently while the former reload their muskets. Should the enemy get closer, fire bombs are flungs and the flamethrower is employed. In meele range, the mercenaries emplyo their axes. The squad seems to be specialized in killing things vulnerable to fire...

Over the plateau a firestorm rages and lightning flashes down. The dragons appear to be doing their work. The earth opens and cracks and shakes sending tremors back across the landscape. Chaos and mayhem.
After a few minutes, the defenders would see a form fly out of the storm towards camp. Just a single form. Then several smaller forms.
As they approach the first form resolves into two. The smaller of the two dragons, Sandy, and beneath her, in her claws the now Humanoid Drakos draped in his Druidic robes that are scorched with flame and torn to almost shreds.
The forms behind also begin to resolve, although they appear transparent, wraithlike. Several are humanoid, others resemble animals. About a dozen in total.
As Sandy comes in to land she shouts a warning "Wendigo!". For some it is already too late, the Wendigo are in range and target individuals with their maddening whispers, some start to jabber, shake, or moan, as they are driven insane by the special ability of the attackers.
Sandy gently drops the form of Drakos in the camp near the Captain and shouts for clerics or healers then rushes to Augustus to give a brief report.
"Something powerful is on that plateau, something we missed. We started our attack and all went well, but we flew into something. A wall that stripped away most of our protections... I didn't even know anything could remove my love's protections! We were bombarded by fire and force spells, and, at the same time, something held my love and changed him back to his humanoid form... it should not even be possible! In his humanoid form, and without spells, he was practically defenceless. As he started to fall and I grabbed him and brought him to safety." *she eyes the attacking wendigo, who seem to be now avoiding the dragon and picking on easier prey* "But not so safe now. I must return to him now, protect him, shield him, until he can be healed."
With the report delivered she moves away, to place a wing over the body of Drakos while casting around to see if a Cleric or other healer is coming.

Augustus Tsks a curse the first problem in the equasion, he hadnt counted on the enemy having dragon-proof defences but it was a lesson to be learned, even savages had their tricks, now the question was how to deal with it.
His troop were force marched through the mountains still with only the rear guard able to be of any significant value... he sighed.
"Looks like it will have to get personal, at the very least we can ward off the beast and perhaps divert some of the ones responsible for this to our direction. Ironic how the ambush we are setting up for them turns out to work just as effectivly as their counter attack. This isnt exactly what I had hoped."
The Senechal stood by his side cautiously. "My Lord, we dont have enough reserves to make a significant defence, it would require nothing short of a miracle."
"Exactly Senechal... but perhaps there is 'one' last card we can play here. I want the fastest scout to look for the Seelie, we will buy them time and hold a defence here untill they arrive to help cripple the beast, fortunatley, our other attack should go successfully, showing the Seelie this battle could go favourably with their aid. Make sure this scout is a damned good diplomat too."
The Senechal nodded and looked around the camp for anyone willing to find the Seelie court, given the considerable danger of the journey this could be the tide-changing moment of the battle.
Augustus chewed his lip with uncertain resolve, but he kept determined at least. Redoubling his efforts, he regrouped the reserve troops what few he had, less than fivty or so into a garrison defence, forcing apart tents to make a make shift barricade.
He manuvered the defences ahead of the camp to make sure the clerics and healers were protected while they looked after the wounded. He mused with concern that if worst came to worst he would have to let them fend for themselves, as winning the high ground was key to winning this battle.
All of this depended now entirley on his troop in the mountains, the halflings sabotaging the cavern forces, the half-drow and her troops smoking out the caverns, emerging on the other side and flanking the enemy.
This depended on absoleutley everything else going near-smoothely.
If it didnt... he felt a small tinge of fear... and tried to consider what little he could do.
[Daevos]
With a deep breathe he also barked order for a scout to head across the river to find the Raiders and inform them of the new problem. He did however order the scout to tell Daevos and his men to continue their advance regardless, as winning the mountains mattered more now than holding the line.
[The Half-Drow]
The scouts were also ordered to several other points, ordering the half-drow and her men into the caves, they ordered them to use their flame weapons to their full advantage and utterly annihilate the Unseelie Leaders within the cave networks. Augustus had decided mercy was too good a gift.
He noted only a general if one is present should be spaired, but he doubted one would be there as the caves held only minor leaders such as lieutenants and captains not so unlike himself.
[Nyaeve]
The Clerics were informed to retreat their forces to heal as many people as possible and garrison the reserve when they had done their best, leaving only the weakest to keep tending to the wounded.
He made it clear that he would need her help, fortunatley giving her the promise of a battle worthy of Ysgards halls.
[Jall and Company]
The Scout informed the Halflings that they were to proceed with their infiltration and sabotage mission despite the changes of the situation they absoleutley had to do their best to cut off the enemy supply lines on the far side of the mountain, to make sure the enemy counter attack was at its weakest.
[Emeraldin and the Spellslingers]
Spellcasters were ordered to stay behind after retrospect, offering some comfort against the upcomming enemy Wendigo and other unpleasnt spell influencing forces.
[Anything Else]
The Scouts searched far and wide for the Seelie Court, aswell as Rangers, Druids and the very Seelie groves that could turn the battle in their favour.
[Augustus]
After all the orders given Augutus turned his attention to the advancing Unseelie, what he had hoped would be a small skirmish had become a proper war.
Well, he wanted to proove himself worthy of his name, now is the time to proove it you fool.
He sighed and nodded to himself, lets hope that luck fortunes us for the rest of this battle he said to himself. With that, he gave the men a rallying cry.
"Hold the line, all of you! No matter what happens you absoleutley must hold that line, I have confidence in all of you, my Legionarres, my fellow Aboreans, countrymen, we will not yield this land to the Unseelie, their hordes may have bigger numbers, but we, have the determination and quality to match them!
You are sons and daughters of Mount Olyumpus, make the gods proud today, make me proud! I have faith in you, as your children and families smile on you, as glorious Aboreans, you will not yield, today you will hold, today you will drive back and today, YOU, WILL CONQUER!"
His voice, amplified by his Bardic inspiration, roused the men as best it could, giving them hope, awe and even aggression that fired them up for the comming charge.
He then donned his helmet and took a deep breath before drawing his tower shield aligning the troops with shields together into a tight formation.
Then, The Horde Arrived.

The Ta'Kan
She remained along with the commander in almost all his public appearances, it was clear she was an important person in the whole plan, even if her actual role was unknown. She briefed and helped the scouts on using the right tactics against the Selees and some cold iron weapons and arrows where provided.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Nyaeve
Nyaeve had agreed the orders, even if she was quite disappointed not begin in the front lines. She did her best to organise the healers, using her eldricht powers to make them able to move quickly in order to be able to reach the front-lines where their help would be the most needed.

Daevos would acknowledge the report on the situation. Some of the mercenaries under him ((not his actual crewmates from home)) overhear and start questioning into the matter. Regardless Daevos ran an extremely tight ship, commanding them to press onwards, to continue the raids. Those who disobeyed would be made an example of later on, if they survived the battle.
In the battle itself he would dart and dodge about, wielding a very cruel looking rapier, with forward pointing prongs in order to widen the wound, as well as being made of cold iron. The very blade would radiate cruelty, those getting hit would be in extreme pain, even if just grazed by it. ((Its how I count CON damage anyways)). His very presence would be an awe-inspiring sort of intimidation, developing into an aura of sorts that would unnerve the unseelie ranks (Blackguard Aura/Dread pirateyness). His men would also ransack cleared camps, taking whatever unseelie supplies and loot they can haul onto the boats. Not just out of greed, but it would be a safeguard incase the unseelie try to reclaim the camps, they would have to hunt for supplies all over again.
Regardless, his own forces were taking a beating as they continued on. Due to that fact, he would order his forces to move swiftly, and to not tarry long at the camps.
