Chakra would check her gear and her Scythe in particular and draw it. She would toss a large hand on Kor'vain's shoulder. Perhaps I should lead the way. I can make out the shapes and if we come across anything dangerous it would be best to have me in front to fend it off. Without awaiting a respond Chakra would head into the cave and slowly listening for any voices, grunts, howls, or footsteps other than the groups.
Name: Chakra Payne
Description: Chakra is a blonde haired blue eyed woman from an unknown home world. She has black skin making her look much like a living statue of obsidian. She is average in looks, not ugly but does not stand out in a crowd. She is very muscular for a woman and this brings a certain intimidation about her. She is the type of woman you would not look twice at. She was born in Sigil and has only stories of what her world used to be like. Currently she is a guardian Paladin of Aoskar and the only thing that stands our are her pale blue-grey eyes. She eyes penetrate others and make them feel as though she can see through them to their inner most secrets. She has a no nonsense look about her that speaks of someone who does not take kindly to being mess with. If this is not enough to dissuade people her polished silvered plate armor and large scythe certainly will. Being an Earth Genasi it is impossible for her to sneak up on people and she emanates a low rumble from her person. Those who spend time around her grow used to the sound, others find it an annoyance until they have learned to deal with it.
Relations: The Church of Aoskar

As the wagons come to a halt Hera would stop and stand up. Reaching into her bag the slim halfling rolls up a scroll she has been reading and produces something else she takes a bite from a dark red apple which she seems to have stashed away. Feeling the end of the dead magic zone she stretches out the fingers of her free hand and a flicker of dark eldritch flame flickers from her thumb before jumping to her forefinger and then the middle finger before in turn reaching the ring and little finger of her hand before disappearing. A simple test to see if her magic works. She seems reassured it does. Finishing the apple rather quickly she discards the core by tossing it over her shoulder. After each of the others have spoken she adds nothing else seemingly happy with the decision to press on along their only available route.
Name:
Hera
Description
Of average height for a halfling she has raven dark hair which hangs just short of her shoulders, something which contrasts with her almost milk white skin and bright cornflower blue eyes. She dresses often in dark loose and comfortable robes and flat wide comfortable leather shoes. The only jewelry she wears is a simple silver pin baring the symbol of Aoskar used to fasten her robes at the neck. Despite her obvious preference for simplicity she is always impeccably neat. Her hair is neat and brushed and her makeup although subtle is applied to great affect to accent her pallor.
Those who have spent any length of time around her would know she has little desire for gold or temporal power and although she would be considered a dutiful and devout follower of Aoskar she is by no means a fanatic. She doesn't speak very often but when she does she is quiet and polite but assertive and clear in what she wants and thinks. Her thirst and motivation if for knowledge and exploration, everything must have a reason behind it and she seems fascinated to the point of obsession as to what it is. This may well explain her readiness to join Aoskar's faith, and her eagerness to volunteer for this adventure. It may also explain her pact with a benevolent spirit in Aoskar's service, bartering the secrets she learns from it in exchange for the command over raw magic power it grants her.
Relations
The others would notice that she has not spoken to anyone in the group unless directly spoken to. In which case she would be pleasant and polite if not particularly friendly. The only exception is the elf Falheen with whom she has exchanged the odd brief conversation over a book or two. Even going as far as to hypothesis on what they may find here.

Turning his cowl towards the large, muscular obsidian female, he raises (he was on a bent knee, examining the moss on the floor) and replies with a calm, polite voice: "Why, so caring of you...be my guest. Not that I had any intention to go ahead and leave you behind, rest assured...the frontline is hardly my favourite place."MirielKanan,Dec 9 2012 wrote: Chakra would check her gear and her Scythe in particular and draw it. He smiles sardonically, as his shifting purple gaze seeks his red-haired companion.

Preparing his small hooded lamp but not yet lighting it he follows the group, the way he is keeping his hands free the only sign that he is ready for trouble.
Falheen goes last, sometimes looking back, loosening the strap of his shield somewhat.
So far he stays silent listening intently to whatever sounds might come from the deeper cave.

Bat fluttered in the front to the depths of the cave, the flaps echoing along side with the screeches it required to navigate, but it was for now temporarily out scouting ahead the group.
Cave Ambience
Chakra and Davster in the front descend through the entrance into the darkness, it only takes a little time to get into the entrance chamber, the path curves in an unsteady descend below the ground level. Almost immediate is also the chill feel as the temperature is much chillier inside the first cavern.

From the high rooftop of the chamber drips now and then water to distinctly formed stalagmites which has been doing so for ages, some of which have contacted from those of the cave top entirely. The cave floor is distinctly also slippery with the thick moist going about it and requires careful steps or slipping over might be distinctly possible.
The clever action by Davster of grabbing the loose rocks kept most of the noise from the group from echoing and revealing much of their doings so far. However even the little noise they made they quickly realized might echo quite far off. Torch carried by Davster lights up the chamber for all the species to see...

... the uneven elevations kept it from lighting it all up properly, but the shape of the chamber became as well as traveling near the light simple enough. Behind Dayster and Chakra came Kor'vain whom kneeled down to study the nearest batch of moss.
The first chamber seemed to branch into two direction, on thinner right off to the right from the entrance appeared to remain on roughly same level, and curved to conceal further of its content almost immediately the other continued to what seemed another chamber descending even lower for those with more keen eyes in darkness. Sound of a very soft stream could be heard from that direction, but that was more or less the only sound along side a low audible sound passing through as if a slow exhaled sigh.
Soon after bat of Kor'vains returned to tell of its findings to the owner...
((Just in-case you wonder, I'm telling mostly of the findings that only limited number of people would find out to their respective owners... so if you want to be cheeky and rob some treasure... ;) ))

*Hissing* "Not ssssure I like the sssmell of this place." Looking around he examines the chamber, his eyes well adapted to the darkness. "Whisssh waaay ssshould we go?", he asked once more in his races lisp.

Name: Athnos
Description: Tall muscular Yaun-ti Halfblood. Inviting demeanor if you can get past the his appearance. Unlike most of his kind he didn't develop the desire for dominance and destruction. Prejudice still slip from him from time to time but it's more of a habbit then any actual malice. Left when he was 26 and never returned. After a few years of wandering he discovered a temple of Aoskar and for untold reasons took a liking to the teachings. He's been apart of the temple for nearly eight years.

Our best bet is to head towards the water though I recommend caution. Water tends to drawn creatures to it.
