The pieces on the blanket are of very different quality- some obviously older than other ones.

She also sees something that looks like a worn suit of outdated Mercykiller armour and a uniform of completely unknown origin- some plates adorned with several spikes an blades which might turn wearing this stuff ino an adventure itself.

However some of the pieces show some burns and are heavily dented as if an attacker had clubbed the wearer several times and with great force.

"Twel... no twohundred jink." She smiles at Jewel nervously, her shaking hands always busy with fumbling with her shirt. Her body shows marks of both abuse as heavy drug use and she seems rather desperate despite trying to squeeze some extra jink from Jewel.

Since her goading failed to cause a response Jewel wanted, she was forced to try a more diplomatic approach. Definitely not one of the traits she'd be known about. "Two hundred? Gee I don't know, can you see these dents and holes? I mean where did you get all of this?" leaned forwards and tapped her shoulder with her right hands index finger. "See I'm looking for the person that was once inside one of these. It'd be miserable for your business if all the leads ended just to you."

Adapting her usual pose by straightening her posture and planting hands on her hips "Ha! But I don't fancy hardberks much either, one of them sooo arrested me without a good reason once. So you know what! I will buy that armor off of you for two hundred jink, if you tell me all about it and where I could find out more about it! I'll even recommend you to every lowlives that wants to have a disguise."

Usually she didn't care much about the misfortunates of Hive, but she had a feeling as if she had been a misfortunate like her once, although as usual, she wasn't sure. It could simply be a false memory from Sensory stones. Besides, it might prove to be a lucrative investment. "I will even get a mercykiller plate if you have one that is up to date! Nope, not that one... that's sooo old." gesturing at the outdated version.

The damsel is able to get away from the distress she caused without any problems.

Running through the Hive hasted also shows most of the local thugs that she might be a bit too powerful for them to mess with.

Yet the Hive is not easy to navigate it is easy to get lost and sometimes even easier to get from a bad place to worse.

As the spell slowly fades she finds that the houses turned to huts, the poorly cobbled cobbled streets into dirt and mud.

This seems to be the place Hiver's stay away from- the slums of the slums.

There are fiends, there are crippled and somehow distorted people of many races, even a wingless angel with empty eyes, sitting in a corner, staring blankly into one of the puddles.

A lone dustman leads a cart which pulled by a zombie through the street. The corpses the cart carries show marks of diseases and violence but none of the locals seems to care.

Jewel is approached by a fiend who wears a simple, brown hooded robe, irs clawed feet digging into the mud. The head is wrong somehow, distorted somehow the humaniod body twisted and it loks like every step the fiend takes causes it pain and discomfort.

Its voice is rasping as it speaks, its small, yellow eyes glowing slightly.

"Now, now... you seem a bit out of place here. What brings a refined lady like you to Ragpicker's Square?"

As she escapes a mess and is about to enter into another one, into the slum within slums, there is a certain calm in her being regardless. A benefit for someone having been originated from the Sigil, at least to the best of her memories, is a healthy amount of cynicism even if the scenery was far from delicate, or what a primer may consider a dangerous situation. Yet the dead and disfigured were just another day of the Sigil, her tact on the other hand... "Oh hey! You look ugly." . . . as noted, she isn't a maestro in the art of tact "I'm not out of place here." she denied defiantly, plopping her hands on her hips and stood in a proud pose "I'm an adventurer extraordinaire, and a Sensate at that. Every place is where I belong!" she smiled briskly.

"However!" she'd interrupt quite crudely if the said entity would attempt to speak before she was finished. "My purpose here is for the benefit of an investigation, maybe you've heard about missing hardberks in an alley just that way?" pointing to the direction of her swift arrival.

"I buy it, I find it. No idea where the former owner is, you might check the Dustie's cart."

She cackles at this (bad) joke, the laughter turning into a cough.

"Can tell you however. And check back in a few days and I might have the Red Death plates too. But won't be cheap."

Wiping her trembling hands in her dirt stained clothes she goes on.

"Got this armours from two bashers I know. One is tagged Tybalt. A tunnel rat- brings me the most interesting things from the tunnels or trash heaps. No idea where he is noe. Other one is Savrn. If you pay.. I tell you where you can find him. "

"Ha! I have not." she clearly interprets it as a distinct possibility as she looks about at the dustmen cart nearby and considers. But the dead smell! So she rather followed this lead instead. "Few days huh? Sure! I'll be here then." that is if she remembered the thing later on, which she probably wouldn't.

Jewel took out the jink requested, two hundred pieces all together and paid for the battered piece of armor that probably wasn't worth it. Just fixing it would cost more likely. "So! Where is Savrn, and what does he look like?"

Some parts of the armour are still functional and could be added to a new suit.
It also could be prepared but of course doing so would need an armourer who does not ask too many questions and does not care much about laws and regulations and probably is also somewhat morally challenged.

The woman counts the coins (twice) happy about this fortune but at the same time wary about the people watching- berks were killed for less down here.

But true to her word she tells Aeria what she wanted to know.

"He works as an enforcer and guard for...", suddenly scared her voice trailes off for a moment befre she goes on. "... for some berks who run a business at Bleak Street. Close to the Gatehouse. But be careful there, yes?"

Smiling nervously she wipes her hands again. "Want to sell you those Red Death plates. Cannot do that if you are dead or painmeat."

Luckily for Jewel she did know just the person whom would be able to fix the armor without any questions asked, however for now it would not matter. She gathered the pieces and placed them into her satchel, as ill-fitting as it was and covered the additional pieces with a couple of clothing that she has otherwise. "Thanks again! I'll try not to get Savrn killed or worse, just so he can still do business with you. And I'll get back later for the other plate too, ha! Ta-ta!" finger waved at the woman.

With this she started to skip energetically toward the Bleak Cabal headquarters. Only just making an abrupt turn around any corner and make her way to the rooftops to instead take a more sneaky approach, that and make sure nobody was following her from the last marketplace. She didn't like to be followed, and with the ruckuss she had caused it was a distinct possibility. Then she'd crawl by the roof edges and behind any cover, her quite radiant hued garment certainly not the easiest to conceal within the drab colour environment, but she was fairly adept when it came to the art of hiding... it was all in the timing and patience, which to be fair she usually had quite little! Jewel started to make her way to this Bleak street to keep an eye out for any of the door guards in particular, or then the usual "protection money" racket that.

Sana follows Jewels trek across the rooftops. After the confrontation in the alley, she decided to lurk a little further back, even cloaking herself in a persistent invisibility spell. Between that and being able to disappear into a dark corner, she intends on keeping Jewel in front as she shadows her, hopefully getting closer to the reward.

However as it stands, she is not privy to what is being. So instead she follows, as silent as a shadow.

The abhorrent state of the roofs in the Hive Ward caused Jewel to disapprove of their poverty! How dare they be poor and not better off! However she did navigate her way through the effort and observe the normal lowlives of the streets. Harlots, degenerates and thugs. Yep, just how she remembered the Hive to be. The three thugs in particular caught her attention, without doubt the one with the spiked gauntled knew whom was Savrn, even if it wasn't him. A wise person wouldn't have jumped to conclusion, but Jewel was known for many things, but wisdom wasn't one of them! Probably everyone that knew her would agree with that statement.

This time she'd fight with her own terms, she looked around for all the roof access points and and started to place traps on them, this time choosing the deadly sonic traps in particular, mostly since they'd not set the houses on fire. Which would be bad while she was on top of them, what do you mean concerned of the civilians? But also set a string trap with bells on it once more... a bit further off, just so that they'd be triggered first and this time degenerates would be put off by the fake trap and grow over confident. She staged the few rooftops to be her combat zone.

Then made a bold announcement to the thugs, out loud and reveal her location "Which one of you is Savrn!? I need to have a word with you!" and so the radiantly clothed rather young seeming woman with two empty-appearing sheaths stood there on the rooftop looking at the thugs. Perhaps a lot less imposing figure than she acted out to be.
