Zaed would fold it up and make his way into the festhall. He would be his usual stoic self though despite the reputation the festhall is known for.

Zaed would step on in, glancing about. "Before we get started, we should have some privacy from prying ears, if you are up to it."
He pulls out some documents. "I would assume you noticed one of the flyers. I am in need of capable crafters and researchers for my business. How about showing me some of your work?"

"Certainly, Mr. Nahalis."
Licca closes the door to her office after Zaed walks in, and quickly mutters a few arcane words. "If there are any prying eyes and ears, they're blind and deaf now, or they think they're in a bar with lots of barmaids around."
Licca then goes to a section of a particular bookshelf, and proceeds to sing a lullaby, but each note has an arcane undertone to it. The illusion on that bookshelf disappears, revealing a few jewelry cases. Licca then takes them off of the bookshelf and places them on the desk.
After she does so, she brings a tea set and some cookies to the desk. "Would you like some tea and cookies to enjoy while we have our discussion, Mr. Nahalis?"

Zaed declines politely, "not at the moment, just had a meal on the way." If one looked closely enough, they might see specks of breadcrumbs on his armor.
The blade he carries along on his back, its aura just flickers about gently. (assuming you read about it ealier in the thread for its appearance.)
"If you may present them and what they do, you may do so." Zaed would sit there patiently.

Licca opens the first of her jewelry cases. Inside are rings made of silver, gold, and platinum and decorated with various precious stones. She hands Zaed a jeweler's loupe from her desk so he can examine the rings further.
"So, as you probably know, I am Licca Lyricia, and I enjoy making jewelry, clothing, and baking all kinds of delicious baked goods. For me, making jewelry was an avocation before I arrived in Sigil, where now it is one of the ways I make money so I can live here. My sister and I come from a world in the Prime Material plane which has suffered a terrible fate, and the reason why I do all of this is to preserve the culture and the life that I knew growing up."
While she was talking, she pours a cup of tea for herself.
// The rings on first appearance look like they are plain, ordinary rings with inscriptions. However, if Zaed examines the inscriptions on the rings, he'll find that the inscriptions are made of microscopically tiny gemstones of almost flawless quality.
// Zaed is free to roll any skill rolls that are relevant at this time as well.
