Basic Information!
Name: Mitra (Mitra'nar Helkivhurn)
Aliases: Mitra and only Mitra
Gender: Male
Race: Fire Genasi
Age: No one knows. Mitra doesn't know. He suspects he's rather young, though.
Profession: Magic.. Mitra has quite the obsession with (and dependency on) the Art
Languages: Celestial, Abyssal, Infernal, Ignan, Common
Accent: None; in fact, Mitra purposefully purges regional inflections from his speech whenever he notices them.

Physical Information!
Height: About 6 feet and 3 inches, though he hunches over often.
Weight: Barely over 120 pounds; Mitra is extremely thin. He tries to hide his 'stretched' appearance with his burly robes. It doesn't work well.
Body build: Mitra appears gaunt and stretched out, with long limbs and much more robe than flesh. It's slightly creepy, but then again.. this is Sigil.
Skin type: Mitra's charcoal-coloured skin is an explosion of spiderweb scars and nasty, rugged cracks from past injuries. It is also hard like soft rock, and uncomfortably warm to most.
Hair style: Mitra's hair is a small mane of upswept, unkempt flamelike wisps.
Tattoos: Mitra has swirls of luminescent tattoo across his body; they move often of their own accord, and seem to enhance his abilities.
Colouring: Vibrant, luminescent turquoise, a stark contrast to his skin and clothes.
Eyes: Mitra's eyes are, like any particularly thick-blooded genasi, a deep black with flamelike irises.

Mental Information
Alignment: Very chaotic, equally likely to try to do good as to do bad.. but with a predisposition for morally bankrupt methods.
Philosophy/Personality: Mitra often questions the validity and meaningfulness of everything he knows or has ever known. At heart, he has difficulty deciding if there is any meaningful difference between treating someone with love or with hate. He is forced to judge every situation independently of every other situation, and refuses to rely on past experiences as guidelines. He is only somewhat concerned with appearing as a predictable, reliable individual in the eyes of others. When he allows himself to contemplate the vastness of the multiverse as a whole, he is overcome with the urge to find a meaning in it.. and he can't. At heart, he is an unwilling Bleaker. He busies himself with getting familiar with the smallest nuances and details and forcefully loses himself at any opportunity in the pursuit of knowledge, especially knowledge of magic. His spellcraft is the only thing he feels he understands, and is thus his constant companion and anchor.
Deity/Beliefs: Mitra can't help but side with the Athar on the subject of Gods or other such beings. He does not see any fundamental difference between himself and them.. but he also feels no real compulsion to see them exposed as frauds.

Additional Information
Gear: Mitra wears robes that remind him of his home; they are dark as ash and seem to be constantly covered in it, as are his cloak and hat and boots. He looks as though he just stepped out of a furnace. Like himself and most things of the City of Brass, his cloths are somewhat or completely flameproof. Just in case.
General Health: Mitra is somewhat frail, and somewhat sturdy all at once. Having spent most of his life in a world where fire is far more common than water, he is somewhat insensitive to heat and intense energy. This translates to magic; he can usually disregard powerful auras and continue his work undisturbed. His body is physically rather tough as well, the way a survivor's might have hardened under duress. However, Mitra is thin and does not entirely realize his limits. Often his own injuries come as a surprise to him.
Weaknesses: Mitra is quite opposed to the influences of planes such as Hades or Elysium; his spirit absolutely detests inaction, and anything that would try to lull him into a passive state in any way earns his ire. He can bear to go to those planes, but he won't stay longer than he feels he has to. He also dislikes darkness, though he understands that it can be a useful tool. When allowed, he will do what he can to illuminate it.

If asked, Mitra will not reveal much of his history at this time, only that he is recently arrived from the City of Brass.
