Derror

I figured I'd put one up too, considering Neelis did, and our characters are the only Scarn-ers. Same setup, loose bio after first post. Also, Derror is very gregarious once he feels he can trust someone, if he's acting cold and you (IC) want to know more, this is why. I'm personally not an encyclopedia on the setting, but I can try to answer questions.
Basic Information
Name: Derror
Aliases: "The Gnoll"
Gender: Male
Race: Emancipated Gnoll
Age: Probably 22, doesn't know specifically.
Profession: Undead Hunter by profession, mercenary for the Sisters of the Sun while under training with the Deathwatch.
Languages: Common, Gnollish, Goblin.
Accent: Termanan, which differs from the Ghelspadan accent that Neelis (and Vilanth and Arman) possesses.
Physical Information
Height: 6 feet 8 inches
Weight: 265 pounds (He doesn't really care that he's wiry. Elves say it's 'cause he's not as brutish, Gnolls say he's been too malnourished, the VERY few times he's talked honestly with them, see below)
Body build: Wiry and dextrous.
Skin type: Light brown coat with faint grey spots, reddish-yellow mane, light colored face.
Scars: A seam on the front-right quarter of his skull, is not visible, but he absent-mindedly rubs it when alone and deep in thought.
Tattoos: No
Hair: Light brown coat with faint grey spots, reddish-yellow mane.
Eyes: Green
Mental Information
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Philosophy: "Everybody gets a chance. If I hadn't, I wouldn't be here. You ruin your chance off the bat, your intentions are seen." It gets more complicated, but it's as situational and per-case as he feels it.
Deity/Beliefs: Tanil, also known as "The Huntress", protector of souls, wild places, the wrongly harmed, and of survival and travel. (Domains: Animal, Chaos, Luck, Plant, Travel, Trickery)
Also respects Denev, Tanil's mother, Earth Mother, first and wisest of the Titans, who joined the Divines after seeing the level of damage that the war was causing. Denev accepted her punishment for idly letting the other Titans begin the destruction of the world for their own gains, by withdrawing into herself and slumbering deep within the world.
Deeply reviles Hrinruuk, the Titan also known as "The Great Hunter", father of Tanil, who birthed the gnolls upon Scarn as prey. His goal in this was to make something that would challenge him in his hunt by posing a threat. Ultimately grew bored and abandoned them, as he did with all of his children.
Derror knows nothing of Yeenoghu, as all true outsiders on Scarn are treated with severe suspicion, as the Divine Treaty of the gods to never set foot directly upon Scarn again, ruled that outside intervention in any degree was extremely dangerous. Deities are flat unallowed, without breaking all formality of diplomacy amongst them and sparking another war. Avatars come with the acknowledgement of direct-intervention being necessary, and as such are so unheard of that they can blend into society easily if they wish. They often operate through their Heralds, mortals of Scarn that operate for their benefit. These mortals can be just about anything however, even Tanil's Herald is an unsure unicorn, who is worried that he is not capable. Additional outsiders remind people of the war too severely. The fact that Derror hasn't lost it completely due to the nature of Sigil is only due to his philosophy of one chance.
Also a respectful Ushadan, due to the trauma of his childhood. His drive to help spirits move on through Nemorga's Gates (see Neelis' bio) is due to this.
Additional Information
Gear: Prefers a longbow, and two short swords, if he can't feel he'll make the shot.
Jewelry: Hates jewelery. (Couldn't have him not have the ear piercings sadly)
Habits/hobbies: When not trying to learn knowledge, he has recently taken an urge to learning an instrument, though he is unsure what to play. Otherwise, he wanders, and spends time watching the moon, although being in Sigil has taken this and hampered it.
General Health: Great health, but very troubled by being in the city all the time, trips to Brux are his current favorite release from this.
Favorite Drink: Due to his size and being Titanspawn and not a Divine Race, Derror prefers to cut to the chase and have the hard stuff. He isn't used to Sigil's level of "hard stuff", but that's also due to him not feeling comfortable enough to drink heavily yet.
Weaknesses: Philosophy. Derror can't currently strongly believe he's doing the right thing, due to not being deeply accepted and in agreement with anyone outside of his friends. As such, he hates people who talk about loose-associations with organizations.
