I figured I'd put one up too, considering Neelis did, and our characters are the only Scarn-ers. Same setup, loose bio after first post. Also, Derror is very gregarious once he feels he can trust someone, if he's acting cold and you (IC) want to know more, this is why. I'm personally not an encyclopedia on the setting, but I can try to answer questions.
Basic Information
Name: Derror
Aliases: "The Gnoll"
Gender: Male
Race: Emancipated Gnoll
Age: Probably 22, doesn't know specifically.
Profession: Undead Hunter by profession, mercenary for the Sisters of the Sun while under training with the Deathwatch.
Languages: Common, Gnollish, Goblin.
Accent: Termanan, which differs from the Ghelspadan accent that Neelis (and Vilanth and Arman) possesses.
Physical Information
Height: 6 feet 8 inches
Weight: 265 pounds (He doesn't really care that he's wiry. Elves say it's 'cause he's not as brutish, Gnolls say he's been too malnourished, the VERY few times he's talked honestly with them, see below)
Body build: Wiry and dextrous.
Skin type: Light brown coat with faint grey spots, reddish-yellow mane, light colored face.
Scars: A seam on the front-right quarter of his skull, is not visible, but he absent-mindedly rubs it when alone and deep in thought.
Tattoos: No
Hair: Light brown coat with faint grey spots, reddish-yellow mane.
Eyes: Green
Mental Information
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Philosophy: "Everybody gets a chance. If I hadn't, I wouldn't be here. You ruin your chance off the bat, your intentions are seen." It gets more complicated, but it's as situational and per-case as he feels it.
Deity/Beliefs: Tanil, also known as "The Huntress", protector of souls, wild places, the wrongly harmed, and of survival and travel. (Domains: Animal, Chaos, Luck, Plant, Travel, Trickery)
Also respects Denev, Tanil's mother, Earth Mother, first and wisest of the Titans, who joined the Divines after seeing the level of damage that the war was causing. Denev accepted her punishment for idly letting the other Titans begin the destruction of the world for their own gains, by withdrawing into herself and slumbering deep within the world.
Deeply reviles Hrinruuk, the Titan also known as "The Great Hunter", father of Tanil, who birthed the gnolls upon Scarn as prey. His goal in this was to make something that would challenge him in his hunt by posing a threat. Ultimately grew bored and abandoned them, as he did with all of his children.
Derror knows nothing of Yeenoghu, as all true outsiders on Scarn are treated with severe suspicion, as the Divine Treaty of the gods to never set foot directly upon Scarn again, ruled that outside intervention in any degree was extremely dangerous. Deities are flat unallowed, without breaking all formality of diplomacy amongst them and sparking another war. Avatars come with the acknowledgement of direct-intervention being necessary, and as such are so unheard of that they can blend into society easily if they wish. They often operate through their Heralds, mortals of Scarn that operate for their benefit. These mortals can be just about anything however, even Tanil's Herald is an unsure unicorn, who is worried that he is not capable. Additional outsiders remind people of the war too severely. The fact that Derror hasn't lost it completely due to the nature of Sigil is only due to his philosophy of one chance.
Also a respectful Ushadan, due to the trauma of his childhood. His drive to help spirits move on through Nemorga's Gates (see Neelis' bio) is due to this.
Additional Information
Gear: Prefers a longbow, and two short swords, if he can't feel he'll make the shot.
Jewelry: Hates jewelery. (Couldn't have him not have the ear piercings sadly)
Habits/hobbies: When not trying to learn knowledge, he has recently taken an urge to learning an instrument, though he is unsure what to play. Otherwise, he wanders, and spends time watching the moon, although being in Sigil has taken this and hampered it.
General Health: Great health, but very troubled by being in the city all the time, trips to Brux are his current favorite release from this.
Favorite Drink: Due to his size and being Titanspawn and not a Divine Race, Derror prefers to cut to the chase and have the hard stuff. He isn't used to Sigil's level of "hard stuff", but that's also due to him not feeling comfortable enough to drink heavily yet.
Weaknesses: Philosophy. Derror can't currently strongly believe he's doing the right thing, due to not being deeply accepted and in agreement with anyone outside of his friends. As such, he hates people who talk about loose-associations with organizations.

((Sorry, I know it's a damned mouthful, but this version is actually very condensed :P))
Derror thought he was used to oddities. All he can really remember of his tender years was one of his family members pointing east and screaming to run and keep running. Eventually, he stumbled into the Forsaken Elven city of Sehara. He couldn't have been older than five.
The elves lost their patron deity, Jandaveos, during the war. The only mortal race to fell a titan alone, Chern, Titan of Plagues, tore Jandaveos apart, and then fell to the combined and fury-driven hands of the elven empire. For their zeal, Chern cursed their entire race, causing them to fall near-sterile and dispondant. Elves could still breed with other races, but the High Elves of the Empire were very quickly dying out, the tolls of war and grief racking quickly. The Empire dissolved into nations, broken shells of their former selves, struggling to keep their people together and not present an opening to the Charduni to their south. (Think deity based on total-world-domination muahahaha). The Charduni numbers were reduced as well, due to The Great Deluge caused by the Titan Kadum, Father of Monsters, as he fell into the ocean and was bound deep within, his blood still tainting the ocean to this day, spawning all sorts of monstrosities.
Derror was taken in by a Druid of Denev, who was not only present for the fall of That Which Abides (as Jandaveos' name was lost in the years after the war, but his impact was not forgotten), but was also present with gnollish irregulars during the last Elf-Charduni war. True, many gnolls had migrated south to the Gamulganjus jungles far to the south, where they had embraced the old tribalist ways. However, in the elven nation of Ganjuael, the descendants of the famed Gnollish Irregulars, that fought to the last alongside the Elves who had granted them aid after their falling-out with Hrinruuk, also resided quietly in the more arid regions outside the massive forests.
He was given healing, although the head-wound he sustained in his flight was not quickly healed, and to this day he remembers nothing of what he might have had if they had not been attacked. Over many years, he started to grow used to the melancholy of the elves, worsened by Chern's Curse, eventually learning how to fight from a "young" elf who had fought briefly in the Second Elf-Charduni War as well as the Divine War. Derror eventually adopted his Mentor's love of the wild places, although he follows Tanil as a Ranger instead of embracing the deep druidic ways of Denev, on the basis of his inability to not seek truth and knowledge.
Derror was present at Sehara when Jandaveos was resurrected through the work of Vladawen the Titanslayer, High Priest of Jandaveos. Even though Jandaveos was brought back on Ghelspad, with the help of Hollowfaust, City of Necromancers, The United Peoples of Vesh and their militant forces of the Vigils, and even the dwarves of Burok Torn, the effect of a swarm of heralds on the continent was quickly felt. As clerics of Jandaveos could not only suddenly begin asking him for aid and remember his name, each of the elven nations received a herald in short order (as short as a boat-ride across the Blood Sea is, Jandaveos immediately departed Scarn for a home plane as soon as he heard of the Divine Treaty). Elves from across all the nations left to hear the words, however, Derror was not allowed to join, as not only was he a gnoll but most of the elves departing were very upset that their lives were being overturned AGAIN. Soon however, he would know the same feeling.
Two years later, after the formation of the third elven empire, The Divine Empire of the Rose, the elves made a diplomatic move towards the remaining gnolls in the area, who were stuck in lands they didn't actually own, due to the "invasion" and colonization of Calastia and the Dragon Throne to the west. The Empire emancipated the descendants of the irregulars, recognizing that they had lived difficult lives after the war and through over 150 years of the Divine War's aftermath, the northern beaches and cliffs being saturated by the Blood Sea from The Deluge, and now possessed by the undead. They were offered the lands they already lived in plus the city of Sehara as their capitol, with the promise of restoring the Gnollish Moothomes to their former glory once affairs had calmed and attention could be turned to Calastia. The tribal leaders graciously accepted, understanding that the move was both diplomatic and to solidify the border against Virduk's Promise.
Derror never really fit in, once the tribes began coming to Sehara, though. The gnolls considered him too much of a runt to care, and the elves were too busy with everything else. He continued to help guide in tribes and hunt for the city while the fields were growing, and once they could take care of themselves easily, he departed with his Mentor's blessings, passing through both Charduni- and Gamulganjus-territory, far to the west of the continent to join the Sisters of the Sun and their war against the Ghoul King.
He teamed up with Neelis, Vilanth, and Arman shortly after he arrived, the three of them also working for the Deathwatch. Though their adventure has far from solidified his worldview (Indeed, they worked as Undead-Hunters to hunt an army of ghouls ALONGSIDE a motley group of sentient undead forcefully raised by the Ghoul King and recovered their own minds after he was removed from the continent. The remaining undead wished to only continue "living", and after giving them a cause, gladly helped them fight other threats to the region), he feels that law blinds just as much as not knowing, but accepts that some people need to be able to have rules to feel safe. He doesn't like being in danger always, but he loves the hunt, be it for truth or to stop threats to good folk.
