Many Primes find themselves connected regularly with Sigil. Toril, Oerth, Krynn, Athas... hundreds of Cagers either once called those worlds home, or can trace their ancestry to cities such as Waterdeep and Palanthas. Of course, the presence of powerful mages and active deities make the idea of planar travel seem likely in such worlds. But what of those worlds where magic is rare, gods and monsters but legends to frighten children? Such a place would seem as strange to a native of the Cage as the mere idea of Sigil itself would seem to them. True, very rare does it happen that a native of such a world come to the City of Doors. But that does not mean it could never occur...
