Name: Malikai Nefzen

Reason for applying for citizenship: Attempt to gain rights denied to him thus far.
History: Malikai was born to a second generation tiefling mother, and according to him, a half-demon father whom he had never met. His mother was extremely abusive to him, and would routinely attempt to kill him. For a while this was stopped by him joining a cult of Orcus at seven, a thing his jinkskirt mother, who supposedly had previously been within a similar cult prior to her pregnancy with him, had successfully staved off any attempts to kill him.
The cult saw this as an opportunity to corrupt a young child into a lifetime of service to Orcus, and it nearly had worked. However, he had dissapointed them a few too many times, was nearly killed by them, and ran. His mother then proceeded to attempt to strangle him when he got home.
This resulted in his mother having her head blown off, as Malikai discovered that he had been left with a fairly strong dose of his father's blood, and a resulting "gift" that may come with attached obligations.
Following this, he was an urchin for a time- while the other urchins would band together, he was alone, save the stray dogs he shared his food with. They proved a valuable asset for him, as they allowed him to take from the other urchins mercilessly both their copper and their food.
Eventually the Bleakers somehow got ahold of him, raising him from 10 to 14 in their orphanage in the hive, before releasing him. From there he began to train his abilities, learn more about them and his heritage through various sources he refuses to mention (Assuming Illicit ones), and finally got out of the Hive on his own, attempting to better his life. He has spent various stints in prison, though he has confessed that he was, since making friends with a few primes, attempting to "Go Legit" for their sakes.
Employment: He is currently seeking steady employment as a mercenary for various pieces of work offplane. He is not part of any specific faction, as he says that such "invites making enemies"
Languages Spoken: Speaks Perfect, Fluent Abyssal, Infernal, and Celestial, as well as broken Common, with a thick hive accent.
