Alignment: Neutral Evil
Philosophy: Hecate sees Kaorti as ascended beings, with the ones retaining individuality as the "chosen." She believes all should be offered the "blessing" of being a Kaorti without it being forced upon them.
Personality:
- Boastful: wants the PCs to know how strong, important, and superior she is.
- Cautious: Tries to always have back up plan, and not get killed.
- Chronicler: seeks information on the entire multiverse, to write it all as a recorded history for her race.
- Efficient: wants to cut to the heart of the matter, resolving it as quickly as possible.
- Idealistic: wishes to enlist all willing in the grand cause of the Kaorti.
- Jolly: gregarious, wants to befriend the PCs and take them home to meet her family of Kaorti in their native cyst.
- Loyal: Although difficult to earn, once one has gained her favor, Hecate would sooner die than commit an act of betrayal.
- Mocking sees most races as inferior insects and wants them to know it - mostly when watching them struggle.
- Prejudice: Hecate sees most races as inferior to the Kaorti, although her respect can be earned.
- Puckish: seeks amusement, at the expense of all non-Kaorti. They are, after all, insects and her play things.
- Sadistic: enjoys the suffering and misery of all lesser beings.
- Treasure-seeking: she enjoys finding valuable items, especially shiny things.
Gear: Hecate is always covered, from head to toe, in a suit made of a resin-like material. It seems lightweight and somewhat fragile.

Weaknesses:
- Ambitious: She craves power. Money is nice, but being in charge of other people is her favorite thing. She is likely to be brought down by attempting a risky grab for power and failing.
- Arrogant: Firmly believe that she is better than everyone else is.
- Cruel: She has a sadistic streak that causes her to perform acts of cruelty for amusement.
- Derangement: Due to circumstances beyond her control, she was driven permanently insane in her conversion to a Kaorti.
- Hedonistic Hecate loves a good time. She parties too much, although her definition of a "party" can differ from the common one. She has trouble resisting an invitation to join someone in a social event.
- Megalomaniacal: She wants to rule the world, as the only one on the planet worthy of possessing power. She is, after all, a Kaorti.
- Merciful: for a villain, she has a terrible weakness - she doesn't like hurting children or anyone of a young age.
- Scheming She likes big, complicated plots. The more the convoluted, the better. In fact, sometimes her schemes are so hard to grasp that any minions could easily screw them up entirely. It's so hard to find good help these days.
- Weakness She can't come into contact with any form of environment outside of her cyst. Only Hecate's resin suit keeps her safe.
