Citizens of Sigil! Be on your guard! An Assassin has entered the City! Sources say a cloaked man was seen sneaking around the Harmonium Barracks. Numerous anonymous sources state that when the hooded figure was spotted, it ran away, shapeshifting into a small child![

The man spotted lurking around the Barracks was a man who APPEARED to be in his mid-to-late twenties, possibly Elven. A series of intricate runes on his face, possibly an Arcane Trickster. If anyone sees this hooded man, contact the Harmonium immediately!
