This basher is wanted by the Harmonium and to those whom brings him alive will be rewarded greatly by the Harmonium. Guvners have placed warrant on him and force will likely be required to capture him.

He is a human that is slightly shorter than average, last seen wearing heavy blue suit of metal armor that conceals most of him, filled with spikes and blades.

Bewary, he has only recently been let out from the Gatehouse rooms for insane, has had Harmonium training, although no longer allowed to the Harmonium.


His past deeds includes:
- Murder
- Kidnapping
- Threatening of Cagers
- Escaping from imprisoment.


Please report any signs of this man to closest Harmonium members.

Anyone assisting this fudgitive will be brought to trials to be judged for their ill deeds as well.

It is to be said a certain Captain Fargul of the Warhounds and Zilvai have been seen aiding the escape of Raifael along with two disguised figures. Furthermore, two harmonium guards were previously before the escape knocked out and an arrow with a rope attached to it was found on the side of the wall, seemingly due to infiltrating the Barracks.

A young girl steps between the two hulking guards at the entrance to the Prison, clad in the dark red tunic of a Mercykiller page. A moment is spent to salute the two older men, before the tunic's skirts are hiked up above her knees and she begins to sprint towards the Market ward. With each running step, the scroll case on her back bobs, the personal signet of Factol Alisohn Nilesia impressed upon a seal of wax at the tube's end.

Softly spoken words were the first that alerted the noblewoman of Raifael Degare's escape. Other reports soon followed, and Kalina Sensbane offered her thanks and a small amount of jink to the couriers who would accept it. Outwardly, the young blonde was the epitome of grace and poise as she expressed confidence that the murdering madman would be recaptured. Inwardly, though, she was frightened - he had attacked her twice, and the "Rule of Threes" seemed like something the meticulous, order-driven ex-Harmonium would follow.

She would have to remain alert; she would have to remain vigilant. Despite the carefully practiced smile that suggested otherwise, Lady Sensbane was worried.
