Sigil: City of Doors

Hello! Apologies if this is the incorrect section to put this request in-

I recently had a computer meltdown and just bought a new one. I also bought a new copy of nwn2 and re-downloaded sigil but am getting booted on login.

My nwn2 Login is 'Lichy Popo'. I'd greatly appreciate if an admin could help troubleshoot for me so that I can log in to the server.
