Yes, gelatinous cubes exist, and are one of several new monsters that will be making your characters' lives miserable at the next major update.

Hello, one of the things the ranger class got going on for them is their ability to inflict more damage against their favored enemies. But, to make use of the favored enemy class feats, you need to know what you are going to be facing. Thus, I'd say that it is not necessary to tell us where those 'monsters' can be found, but, could you tell us what types of opponents can we expect to face here on SCoD, or what is going to planned to be added?

Here is a list of the Ranger Favored Enemy feats for reference:

* Aberration
* Animal
* Construct
* Dragon
* Elemental
* Fey
* Giant
* Humanoid aquatic,
* Humanoid dwarf
* Humanoid elf
* Humanoid goblinoid
* Humanoid gnoll
* Humanoid gnome
* Humanoid halfling
* Humanoid human
* Humanoid orc
* Humanoid reptilian
* Magical beast
* Monstrous humanoid
* Ooze
* Outsider air
* Outsider chaotic
* Outsider earth
* Outsider evil
* Outsider fire
* Outsider good
* Outsider lawful
* Outsider native
* Outsider water
* Plant
* Undead
* Vermin

This is the list used in NWN 2:

Aberration
Animal
Construct
Dragon
Elemental
Fey
Giant
Humanoid, (aquatic, dwarf, elf, goblinoid, gnoll, gnome (Exception of PCs), halfling (Exception of PCs), human, orc, reptilian)
Magical beast
Monstrous humanoid
Ooze *planned to be added however*
Outsider (air, chaotic, earth, evil, fire, good, lawful, native, water)
Plant
Undead
Vermin

And with gray color are those you can't find in SCoD at the time being.

Thank-u's.

It is also worth to notice that it remains somewhat unlikely that you will be able to reach the level 30 by killing monsters of single type. Though the outsiders remain, as a good choice for higher levels.

Does NWN2 have a model for that "cube" thingy?

Gelatenous Cube?

I don't think I've seen one for NWN2. I haven't looked very hard outside of what we have... and I only briefly browsed those.
