Umd Script

I have seen a few items say they have a UMD disabling script. My question is do they work as you would expect them to IC?

What I mean is the Arborreal Bow requires Elf or Half-Elf but you would expect that it also works for Fey and Eladrin. :wub:

No, because they're not elves or half-elves, they're fey and outsiders. Same reason a mindflayer or succubus can't use something designed for a human, even though both probably were human at some point in their existence.

It always makes me smile to see new players understand races and their origins / similarities :D

A shame, but elves just aren't as cute as celestial fairy elves anyways =)
