The doctor that buys the zerg/protoss thing was called Nurad. If you remember SC1 Duran was doing zerg/protoss research I figure its the same character.

When visiting the zerg thengie on the ship it is said to have some overmind dna in it and they could see how it worked. I ponder if Kerragan will now be in the swarm's dna and we see a few clones in the up coming expansion.

There is a doctor seeking cure for zerg so perhaps seek to free kerragan, or accidental re-activate zerg stuff. Also possible in a fit of jealous/rage infect her self to become new queen of blades.

Perhaps something was higher up the zerg chain above overmind and we find out who/what it is.
could see it seeing being a big structure as a silly thing and be small and mobile seeing safer and such.

Maybe the expansion will have zerg fighting with terran as they seek to control or stop the zerg and a final mengsk/raynor stand off occurs.

While medics are MIA I think they will return due to it takes awhile to attain them otherwise. barracks+factor= ship port = healing ship. by the time you get that you might be done with marines.

I figure Protoss mission revolve around freeing their home and the return of the guy who gave raynor his stuff.

Perhaps all three adventures will be happening at the same time so its one continues story seen from three different angles.

Yeah, the Nurad = Duran thing is interesting, and he seems to want to let the protoss relic research finish. The completed relic de-infested Kerrigan, and I'm sure Duran knows of more ways to utilize the ancient relic. That or he needed Kerrigan out of the way so another power could control the swarm. Maybe a combination of the two, as it seems Duran works for the Dark Voice, who would need the zerg as he seems to be the driving power behind the hybrids.

I'm not sure about Kerrigan's DNA and clones, but I do know that Kerrigan experimented with Ghosts like her, so I would not be surprised to see similar creations to her. People already are speculating that the new zerg queens are mutated humans, judging by their humanoid torso.

The doctor trying to cure the infestation you mean? That is Ariel Hanson, leader of the colonists. You are given the option to try to save her colonists from a protoss purification or to kill the infected ones, saving those you can. This leads to a sort of split in what occurs afterwards. If you side with her she leaves the ship on good terms with Raynor, being in his debt. If you side against her interests, she will lock herself in your lab and you will discover her after the mission, already infested. Whatever the case, I don't think she is a seriously involved character and was killed off in the timeline where she was infested, so I don't think she will be returning. Even if she did, there is no evidence that she has psionic abilities, so she won't be a new queen of blades.

Well it's already known what was above the Overmind in the chain of command. Both the protoss and the zerg were created by the Xel'Naga. The Xel'Naga knew they were nearing extinction, but planned to combine the two aspects of these races which they felt would be a substitute for themselves. I'm not sure how, but the Overmind led his zerg against the Xel'Naga and wiped out the majority of them, so the plan was never finished.

No idea what's in the expansion, but Blizz has said Kerrigan would be controlled character the next time around. Maybe some of her control over the zerg remains, and the goal is to build up an army again.

Medics were already in the single player, there is no way both medics and medivacs will be put into multiplayer. It does not take long at all to get medivacs already, in fact, terrans can reach their full tech faster than any other race. Medics were already in multiplayer before the game was released, and the medivac was put in to replace the medic. Blizz is big on not having two units doing the exact same thing, and the last thing terran needs is MORE utility.

No idea, but if you're suggesting Fenix will return, I'm pretty sure he is dead and staying that way. I could see Tassadar maybe making a return though, as he already has in SC2: WoL to some extent.

Perhaps all three adventures will be happening at the same time so its one continues story seen from three different angles.

I'm pretty sure Blizz has said that the events in the games occur one after the other, not all at once.
