Cd-key Change

I lost my previous PC and install files in a home fire a little over a month ago and I'm just now recovered enough to have a new PC and a new copy of the game - this of course comes with a new set of CD-keys. What do I have to do in order to get these new keys to work with my primary login, coyotesage?
