Sigil: City of Doors

Since I started playing the game with my current video card, a GTX 760, which runs everything great..except that the interface portions blink. Things like the chat boxes, menu options, just constantly look like they are going spastic. They're usable, and normally it does not bother me, but sometimes it does grate on my nerves a bit. I can't seem to find what is causing the issue. My other games all seem to run fine without such problems.

Does anyone know what might be causing that to happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try turning off FXAA in the nVidia control panel. NWN2 doesn't play nice with it.
