Is there an ability bonus cap in Nwn2? I seem to remember one in Nwn1.

The cap for the ability scores is 50 IIRC.

50 yes. Also enhancement bonuses to abilities cap at +12. (Which is important for Owl's Insight and certain STR bonus stackings).

-race?
-class bonus?
-increases at every 4th level?
-magic items (I assume yes)
-spells (I assume yes)
anything I'm missing?

Any change made to your actual character file does not count as a "bonus". So any bonus brought about by your race, class (such as RDD), or a non-activated feat (great strength) does not count towards that +12.
