I've often wondered what could be done concerning the lack of racial Hit Dice that are supposed to come with certain races. It's part of the level adjustment. I just want to say the racial prestige class is an absolutely wonderful idea. It might not be 100% accurate to the book, but I don't think there's any accurate way to squeeze 10 racial hit die into a lvl 9 Succubus.
So... Kudos, well done, excellent planning. I really look forward to doing some experimenting. Thank you!!

Mm. From my limited experience so far it seems to shift the burden of weakness from low-mid levels (You expect me to grind Abyss at character level 9, eh?) to low levels (I am a worse human until character level 6 or 7). Which does wonders for playability as you spend comparatively little time in that zone.

Thanks. And just to point a couple of things out:
1. +3 LA is no different from playing a Svirfneblin, and only a little tougher than a drow. Especially since the XP adjustments are mitigated at lower levels.
2. Although it's tempting to take those Racial class levels right off the bat because of the ability boosts, you don't have to. If you're a caster, you may be better served getting full caster progression until you have the spells you need to survive, while if you're a melee class you may want to build up your BAB a bit first or get certain class features before switching. The Racial Classes allow that.
