And do remember, this is your chance to try out new mechanics including (this week) the Psion base class and the Illithid Mentalist, Death Knight, and Vampire specialty prestige classes before they go live, as well as a new adventuring area!

My area of Cali got hit by rain, and then palm springs windstorms, and we all know how desert-dwellers handle "weather". My electricity is having seizures.

I am a classic tester, Ceremorph can relay my CV as it were, but a ways back I was very active and thorough in my testing, also delved into the toolset. Circumstances have kept me away a long while and I am now regaining my bearings regarding SCOD, but I will be glad to return to employing my testing methodology to the newer creations when I can.

Please get on the testserver. Its the last chance to find bugs before the update goes live sunday and some things like vampire/deathknight really need to be tested.

Theres a way to level quickly (noted in the testforum) and items can ge granted by logging in as DMs.

Regretably I work Saturday, so the earliest I can get on test server is Sunday morning, US Central time. If its still up and I manage to find anything amiss you'll hear forthwith, but many times a solid amount of time or grind is necessary before problems become self evident, intermittent issues especially.

I likely can give it attention on Sunday, Monday but it willl be live by then.

Ok, I believe I need help. HOW do I even get in the test server. We had a seperate IP listed as our test server a few days back on a master server list for NWN2 COMMUNITIES, but never succeeded to log in on that. Periodically with SOME of my characters, every time I log into Sigil, I first log into a version of ooc lobby that has NOBODY IN IT, get some errors and then get told I am being relogged and appear in an OOC room that definitely is SIGIL as people are using it and still chatting before entering the bazaar. I can log out again, log back in and once again it tries to put me in an empty ooc server - then with errors, finally I end up actually in populated / fully loaded ooc lobby.

Several times I've wanted to give the psionic stuff a spin, including last saturday night late before it went live, but I am wondering if there is some special seceret squirrel handshake or flag needed on my account because I simply couldnt get in or locate a test server. When last I was a test monkey, the only way of testibg sigil mod areas was loading them up after downloading em from drop box which I also have to re-setup on this current computer if especially if I ever touch the toolset again.

Please advise, grand high dungeonmaster, builder & developer Puhbahs!

There are two servers. Test and Live.

If you log on the live server the first time a day you will be relocated to another server. I'll better not go into details but thats actually a good thing. Sometimes you see 2-3 sigil servers at the nwn2 server list.

The testserver details can be found in the testforum. The server is listed red as you require a pw to login. Make sure you connect to the "correct" test server...
