Anyhow, just saying that there is a list a bigger list to choose from, and that you can let the Character Screen lie all it wants. ;)
Oh, Cryptc, it seems that St. Cuthbert is indeed primarily settled in the Greyhawk setting. Nevertheless, the lawful good/neutral followers of St. Cuthbert tend to join the Hardheads.
Do we have the following deities on the list?

I love it how there is always everything on the list, with the exception of Slavic pagan pantheon.

Yes, those too should have been mentioned in the TSR's Planescape ' On Hollowed Ground ' .

What? No Cthulhu?
Personally, I see no problem with having your character worship a diety not on the list. Recommendation? Choose someone similar. I had to do that when my half-drow found himself unable to worship drow gods. Nobody but the DMs will ever see your deity choice, after all. I would, however, recommend at least choosing something that exists in the D&D universe, although that does include the mythologies of H.P. Lovecraft (1st edition Deities and Demigods) and the Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser books (same, plus the Erewhon 1st ed. gameworld) (i.e., first person I hear professing devotion to the "Great Lord of the Dark" is going to get smacked).

Celtic, Dwarven, Egyptian, Gnomish, Greek, Halfling, Monstrous, Norse and some of the 'reclusive' pantheons are on SCoD
Because of ingame limitations we have decided not to add every deity that exists (hint: if you want to be able to select deities at the bottom of the list when you're not a cleric, it better not be too long, there is a hard limit)
The 'Ancient' powers are interesting though... does anyone have any D&D Lore on their stats (very preferably from TSR/WotC)

I have.
'Planescape: On Hollowed Ground' would be an ideal source material.

Okay, in case people do not automatically highlight my posts:
You can get more information from reading the Planescape book On Holloved Ground, however, this site here has most of the information:
http://www.planewalker.com/encyclopedia/pantheon
The ancient powers are those of Babylonian and Sumerian origin. If you click on the links, you will need to browse few pages to see the entries for those powers.
In addition, the Finnish pantheon is pretty cool. *Hint, hint, hint.*

V: indeed - how many gods of thunder do we have already? If world concensus is that Thor is the most badass - although he isn't as badass as Perun <_< - then have only Thor as The God of Thunder
