Imma thank Dredi for the color guide, first of all. Coloring the head was an exercise in frustration (the reason Maharaja is black). As for the change, half orc body is too hulking. Rakshasas definitely have body proportion equivalent to that of a human; And that includes the head. Their only noteworthy and persistent features are the backward claws (which i'm not even sure if they're doable in the game) and the tiger heads. There are variations to Rakshasa anatomy, like any other race, but given the tiny amount of official fluff around them, it gets a little sketchy and weird to try to account for it all.
For example: Monster manuel III shows us the Neztharune (A Rakshasa infiltrator). Not only his coloration is pitch black, but these have a tail and their legs are digitigrade. Yet the 4th edition monster manuel shows the same Neztharune without any of these, leaving only his black color, and the furry body with the clawed feets
Furry body and claws, that's common enough right? Nope. Some show up where their fur ends around their necks, truly giving the impression of a fursuit yet to be completed. Human hands, sometimes with only the fingers bending backwards, and somtimes completely normal human hands.

And we're not even in strange territories, yet! Want a human beard? You got it. Tiger too mainstream? say no more, fam. Wanna be smarter? Hows'bout a second head?

My excu- Explanation to these things whenever they pop up on a conversation is either
breed (The Rakshasas conglomerate in familiar courts where everyone is related, and each court has a flavor twist on their physionomy and usual behavior, like Akchazzars being necromancers and the Neztharune infiltrators) or
lol shapechangers but that feels like an asspull. I forgot the point i was trying to make. So i'll just return to the initial conversation and say that rather than giving Raks a half orc body, i'd stick with the human one. The head is perhaps too big, yes, but i used to be into 3d modelling and i know it was no easy feat to get to this point with their bodies. So while it
could improve, it's not a gamecrippling immersion killing thing that needs priority. In fact, save for a couple of misshaps with the appearance of some armors, only the coloring to get a "realistic looking" tiger pattern is an issue.
