This is the OOC section of this IC thread here.. It is meant for OOC questions and coordination.

This will of course see characters could me into conflict with each other. I understand that despite the best of intentions these situations can sometimes become a little heated. I am going to lay out the expectations of myself and the other members of staff running this from the start so there are no misunderstandings:

Be polite to and about each other.

After a bit of discussion on the DM forum we have also decided that it best to lay out the structure of the events we have planned.

Stage 0: A session of the Hall of Speakers is called. The Factions organise themselves and prepare the "party line."

Stage 1: The session commences motions are made there is perliminary debate. The assembly will break up to allow time for consideration. No plotting in game while this is going on, on the forum please.

Stage 2: There is an period of time to be specified later both in and out of character the factions consider their positions and how they will vote. This is your time to plot scheme and try to influence things to your hearts content.

Stage 3: The council is recalled. Votes are casts results happen based on how you guys the players influenced things in the last stage.

This is at least how we envisage things. As you all know surprises happen IC we may need to change things accordingly.

Is this both in-game and in-thread? Or just in-thread?

This will be in game. You can feel free to do stuff on the forums too though.

A few people have asked for a little more time to prepare things so the opening statement will be Sunday evening European time.

Could we have a specific time in mind to plan for, please?

Edit: Much appreciated for the time update.

Edit2: For some reason, I thought this was happening in-game xD

Floor is open for each of the Factions to add something. One speech per faction or we'll be here all day.

As far as I count, the following factions have held their speeches: Doomguard, Fraternity of Order, Harmonium, Mercykillers, Transcendent Order, Fated, Sign of One, Society of Sensation and Xaositects.

Which means Bleak Cabal, Believers of the Source and Athar remains unaccounted of the council factions.

Just mentioning it in convenience for any members of said factions wanting to butt in. =P
