Is mithral armor (especially breastplates) a thing you can find here? It seems like an important thing for two-weapon rangers (not that I've seen many two-weapon rangers, I'm just asking.)

It's not, no. There's only a mithril chainmail and chainshirt available. Otherwise it's all non-mithril. It was a design decision to stick away from majority of mithril armors since they render non-mithril armors obsolete.

But Mithril Chainshirt (aside from Mithril Fullplate) is the strongest of the mithril armors? Perhaps we could allow Mithril for some of the unused armor types, or better yet, just add mithril as a crafting material.

Lets not kid ourselves, we can already play 100+ AC Nymph spirit shamans, what does 1 or 2 points of Dex AC matter for metal armor users?
I mean, the Dao mines don't have any particularly interesting drops last I checked. Maybe ya could chuck mithril on there because. Variety of late game areas eh?

I'd still just say no. If they want to make nymph spirit shamans though, by all means. :P

CHA modifier into armor class, druids / spirit shaman have the best AC buffs in the game. Dip for turn undead and rack divine shield on there.

But Sareth, Nymphs are totally weak because they have a 6 level adjustment! Everyone does everything better than them!

Gaiz srsly, fighter is more OP! They don't deserve any more armor than the 39 they can already get with +5 gear!

Yeah, you're both right. I also heard that Fire Giants are better than Nymphs anyway. Charisma is only powerful because of the meme reputation it has.
