Sigil: City of Doors

Not sure what I am supposed to do when the client downloads files but can not verify.

I should make a note of this, I've had three separate people come to me and say they've had this problem, so it's not limited to just one!

I'm going to make a Google Share drive link and upload all the files that is needed when the ADL acts up.

I downloaded and placed as directed, but still getting the message that it has downloaded successfully, but cannot be verified.
