Limbo Questions

A few questions for those who've been around a lot for the last year or so. It's been a while, so there may be changes to the plane that I'm not aware of.
1. Has the disease caused by Blue Slaadi always stacked with itself until you reach 0 in all physical stats?
2. Is there a reason Death Slaad are spawning on Cutter?
3. Are the green slaad actually good at hiding? Because they don't seem to effectively stealth out of view except in rare instances. They'll break LoS but just be retargetable right away. I'm thinking they have hips but no stealth ranks?
4. Were the old model for Death Slaadi removed? Because these ones look more like black slaad.
Just looking for answers is all. Like I said, it's been a good long while since I've spent a great deal of time in there.
