Sigil: City of Doors

In all my years Ive never had to write a post like this on any forum and to have to do it here of all places actually breaks my heart, sigil having been my home for many years now.

Many of you might have noticed that I have not made any appearance either player side or EM side in sometime and some of you might have linked it to a crazy work schedule, and while your certainly not wrong, that isn't the right reason either.

Not to long ago, something came to my attention, a certain light of truth that was a proverbial epic slap to the face and a real blow to my respect for this server in regards to the integrity of its staff, people who I thought were open and honest with each other.


To make a long story short, i was told a lie and while in the grand cosmic picture it was a relativly minor lie but it was an emotional dagger to my heart and my mind and one that has opened up a wound that refuses to clot it self and I find it has just simply shaken my faith and trust in the way things and people are dealt with by the staff.

I know im going to be critisized for posting this here by the powers that be but honestly?, I am not posting this for the staff, i am posting this for the players so if this irritates or irks the dms and admins then i am sorry, but its not for you anyway.


I have one key plotline that is sadly, not going to be concluded, i have another with a small player group that for all intensive purposes has...just simply died much to my fault and regert.

I have a few other minor things I started lately that, and again with utmost regret, will not be finished.

I have moved on, I have stepped through a door into another world (The city of doors is good for that ya?) and I am honestly not sure that i will return at least in game.

Its not fair to my friends and family here nor is it fair to those who have been fans and invested particpants in my events, i realize this and i'm sorry, i know your getting the point end of a very short stick and you have my endless and sincere appologises. I honestly cannot say if i will return or not but who knows?. They say time does eventually heal all wounds.

I will still probably lurk the forums on a routine basis, if only to update Mirandas biography. I know she is loved and liked by many as is her growing little man, so she may just decide to enjoy her current vacation and simply...extend it for sometime.

If you wish to know where the magic portals have led me to, send me a pm and i will probably tell you, i love so many of you and i consider so many of you like brothers and sisters in my roleplaying world and I will truely and deeply miss you.

I guess that's it...I cant...its getting hard to type any more...ive never had to write anything like this and my keyboard is spattered with sincere and very unhappy tears.

As I said, if anyone wants to converse with me or wants to track my progress across the multiverse feel free to send me a pm and i will answer them.

You've always been really friendly to me and I've thoroughly enjoyed our roleplay together (even if we didn't get the chance too often!), soo... here's a picture of a kitten to make you happy!
