Server started a horrendous lag spiking at 0916 AM EST.

Anyone know how to fix?

Lag? No. I can't connect at all.

I second that. I can't get on direct connect.

Possibly DDoS, can't confirm or deny before I get home really.

What's DDoS?

Distributed Denial of Service.

Seriously? That's still happening here? Someone needs to get a life.

There was a break for a few months and it started again. I'm not 100% certain this specific case is because of it, but still it'd be my number one guess before ability to look into it.

Whatever it is, it keeps happening to me today. I'm not quite sure if the rest of the server is being hit like I am, though. I keep losing connection to the server entirely for a few minutes at a time. When I get back in, everyone else is still there. My internet connection is fine, so I don't know what it could be.
