Where do you find guns and whips? I've seen people using muskets/rifles/whatever-those-were and heard talking about whips.

The musket appearance is on this one purple weapon (crossbow base). So you have to find or buy one of those to get that.
The whips, I'm not really sure. There are some in the special store (Leilani's, Lady's Ward).

Erinye NPC seller at the bazaar got basic whips (look under polearms because... reasons).
Also, whips can be crafted.

The spear has one or two musket looks as well.

The model came up when I was looking for a new spear look for my Sparten, and that was one of the options that came up. That was like a month ago or so.
