Please refrain from being too massive while in heavily populated areas. Outside of Sigil is perfectly fine, or you wouldn't be able to be that big in the first place :P
But within Sigil, specifically the Bazaar, please try to spend little if any time in full dragon form or standing next to the brazier as a giant while being afk. It's difficult to navigate around, and realistically speaking, you'd be knocking things (and people) over pretty regularly, which would eventually earn the ire of law enforcement. *DUM DUM DUM!!!*

I cannot be held responsible for where my Persistent Reduce Persons may be cast at if there is a lizard that just so happens to be so gigantic that it gets in the way of my spellcasting.

I added a small login message about it. Will probably remove it after a while, but in the new dragon age™ it might be good to keep up so people keep it in mind. That and not everyone reads the forums.

That's a pvp move IMO. Doesn't make sense for a "damaging" spell to work in the bazaar when nothing else does.

Not to say a dragon shouldn't be careful where they're walking around.

All I am saying is that if you are making it impossible for me to click on anything else then it's not my fault.

I did plan on opening a shop in the bazaar, in dragon form, by tucking myself into an alley or other area nobody needs to go to, maybe the river next to Absalom.

Would also add: convenience is of course important, but some dragons have IC reasons to never assume human form, and I personally will nay blame them.

As for those, who would get cast reduce person upon, rest button is usable throughout the bazaar.

reduce person is not a "damenging " spell , but theres been mutltiple warnings that if players insist to keep huge form in the bazaar that the abilty be taken away .

If you cant be courteous to your fellow players in the most trafficed area, then I see no reason for abilty to not be taken away.

It's something that if it's used on you, you have every right to attack the caster IC. Shrinking someone is an offensive action if not asked for.

PvP in Bizaar is mechanically nay possible (even though sometimes I wish the opposite).

However, the measure of offensiveness and response is like... some offensive actions are reasonable to end up in verbal arument, others in non-lethal brawl by fists, some in lawsuit to court, some with challenge to duel outside the city walls, and some in attempt to kill offender with weapon.

It is RP-wise certainly good to remember, that not every offence is to be met by weapons only.
