Merchant Display Wand

Hi

I'm wondering, can the "Merchant Display Wand" mirror your inventory's items in chests/containers thats not summoned by yourself?

The types:

Chests
Armoires
Al containers Etc...

Probably not. If you want to be 100% sure, you could always test.

I'm about 90% certain you have to summon the container, but don't let that stop you from doing science.
