Yes, using a Virtual Machine. However you need to do the port thing just like if you where playing on two computers on the same network (Because you are).

It is possible. But dual boxing is also usually not permitted on most servers.

It's permitted here, but yeah read the sticky (somewhere) about running two nwn2 from the same router to do it without screwing up everything.
