I got pretty lucky and only had to fight her once. Second time she spawned she doubled back to her base and stayed there the rest of the game. Would have been amazing if it were on Brutal, but I doubt I'll get lucky twice. Anyways, I chose to get rid of the Nydus worms and would choose so again the next time around. It's very easy to counter air with a bunch of fully upgraded Vikings. I'd rather not deal with Nydus worms popping up in the middle of my base.
Anyways, I ended up massing battlecruisers. Because they're unstoppable. And you can spam Yamato cannon on the Queen of Blades to drop her fairly quickly. Yamatos just annihilate EVERYTHING. Your economy should be well enough to suppose any losses as well. I was swimming in minerals and vespene most of the game.
Before the BCs though, I got Vikings and Banshees. I originally got a few bunkers and sieges, but those quickly got destroyed by Queen of Blades and virtually everything else. Note that I had all of my air units fully upgraded through the armory, so my banshees did damage in a line and my vikings had increased range etc.
If you choose to destroy Nydus worms, you need to make sure you put missile turrets around the outer edge of your base which would be the bottom right corner. Just an entire line of missile turrets around the shore. I also got the Tech for flamethrower towers which I put in key points that I knew zerg would either come through or drop in. You need to have some kind of base defense just so your economy and buildings doesn't get harassed and destroyed.
