Small note! The vote tallies on the original proposals were -

Doomguard - 4
Harmonium - 3
Abstainees - 6

The Mercykiller counter proposal passed with 7 votes. The Doomguard, Bleakers, Dustmen, and Xaos were against the counter proposal. As for the two factions not mentioned, players are free to draw their on conclusions as to how they would have voted if they hadn't been drowned out by protesting, should it affect future RP.
