My favorite CvC thing I had was back in nwn1 were my character took them to a room an drowned them in the bathtub after beating them to a pulp. Rped out and never drew a blade.
It was rped that the character survived it though was traumatized by the event. CvC secret is make it fun for all. Plus lots of OOC talking is good. I prefer to have my characters hire out to do ill deeds. Its a way to spread the fun....and harder to track. :D

If I really wanted to cover up a body, I think I'd kill them with extract water elemental then set their body on fire. Poof! Corpse-be-gone! And I'd have their tortured remains long enough to mop up the mess afterwards :D
