Just Some General Questions..

Techinally, you can unequip your creature weapon, use stunning fist, then re-equip your creature weapon. In practice, you aren't going to be stunning anything with only one level of monk, because your DC will be terrible.

It's not exactly the same, but Stone Dragon III will let you Root someone, and will actually work without needing a ton of monk levels and / or WIS.

Another question:

I know stunning fists requires you to have the improved unarmed feat, but do you necessarily have to be unarmed to use it? What if you have creature weapons?

You have to be unarmed, and creature weapons do not count as unarmed.

It's this thing called the bazaar. Talk to a PC merchant where other people can hear you, and you're likely to find yourself besieged with offers in no time (of course, that will likely include people urging you to destroy it, or give it to them for free, but what do you expect in the Cage?).

Also, does activating a Scroll of Mnemur make it disappear? I now found a third and have a stack of 3.

Nope, can use them once per rest.
